Excellent location in old Brescia town,very kindly allowed me for an earlier check in, very polite lady handed over the key to me and the owner was very helpful and accommodating! Breakfast was good for a BnB and included pastries from bakery! Very spacious bathroom and very clean!!Excellent value for money (unbeatable price for English standards!)and the neighborhood was quiet and very traditional! I hope I find an available room again when I am back in Brescia! Thank you very much for the accommodation!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this place. I’ve never experienced such genuine care before — every little detail made me feel truly welcome. Breakfasts were beautifully served, and the room was cleaned with great attention: my clothes were gently placed on the chair, and all my skincare products were neatly arranged in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient — just a 14-minute walk from the train station. The city itself is charming and picturesque. I would definitely love to come back!

Excellent location on a quiet back street in the heart of Brescia; very easy walking distance to all the main sights of the old town. Small bedroom but comfortable bed and modern ensuite bathroom facilities which is more than you need for a one or two night sight seeing stay. Friendly reception. Generic breakfast.

Parking is an issue - we had to park the car about a 15 minute walk - away which is not the end of the world - but not too convenient when it’s raining and you have a lot of luggage! Weigh this up against being able to walk everywhere in the old town once you’re checked in!

Gaetano contacted me on WhatsApp before arrival and met us at the property to show us our room. The room was spacious with all the facilities we needed. We were very comfortable and loved the view of the street from the large window. Convenient location, walkable from the train station. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was available and this included fresh pastries on some days. Overall I would highly recommend La Filanda, it was perfect for our 4 night stay. Thank you!

There was nothing we disliked. We appreciated that breakfast was included, but it could be improved with fresh fruit or something that isn't wrapped in plastic (being picky!)

The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes from one of the main squares. We have expected a hotel room, but got an apartment, which was very well equipped (full kitchen, washing machine, etc.). The apartment was very big and had a small private courtyard. Had a feeling of staying in someone's home, than in a hotel.

The apartment had a very well equipped kitchen, but no dishwashing liquid, coffee maker and a kettle, but no coffee or tea. The biggest disadvantages were a really loud sound of running water, when someone above the apartment used the bathroom, quite hard bed and tap water, which smelled and tasted weird.

Very quiet and silent; breakfast has a range of options and flavors; manager is very responsive and flexible; impeccably clean; room has cool vintage details, breakfast served on vintage tablecloth. Location cannot be beaten - 15 min on foot fro train station, close to everything in the city center (walked everywhere) and steps from Carmine, the most exciting neighborhood for restaurants and businesses

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the clean and well-maintained space. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The amenities provided, including the comfortable bed and very good breakfast made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Very clean, cozy and perfectly placed in the old town place! The host is very friendly and gives useful and efficient information, Good internet speed. Toiletries and bottles of water provided and every day cleaning. Enough towels provided. The breakfast is of packed food mainly, but fortunately there is a huge fridge full of yogurt, milk and cheese. Well equipped kitchen for self service.

The curtain in the bathroom, closing the shower area, is very short, so the water floods all the bathroom and one can easily fall on the slippery floor. The cleaning starts BEFORE 9 AM (the neighborhood room's guests left very early in the 2 mornings I staid there) in a very noisy matter - aspirating, slamming doors, loud conversation and laughs, when the check out hour is at 10.30 a.m. This is not acceptable when trying to rest being on weekend vacations.

In general, everything was good. The location was very good. Room was fine and although in the city center but far from the main street, therefore it was quiet.

If the owner wants to improve the breakfast it would be good to provide also some fresh foods and eggs, although many other options were available. If the bed was a little more comfortable and the no noise from the roof, then it was really perfect. These are not to complain, but points to improve.

Location is very close to metro station and also only 15 min walking from the central train station. Host was very nice and helpful. Room always smelled fresh and clean every time I walked in. There were more than enough space, definitely not one of this cramped rooms where you can’t even open your luggage. Breakfast was also nice. I would definitely consider to stay in this hotel if I visit Brescia again.

Wifi connection was weak, most of the time my phone couldn’t connect it. I think a wifi range extender might solve this.
