The hotel Is in the center and easy to find . There's a supermarket open until 21.00 . The breakfast was good and the staff really nice and ready to help. there's a free parking in the hotel and the rooms are really big. In the room there was a kettle for boiling water and coffee and tea and biscuits as welcoming treat.

Our room had a problem with the bidet that was blocked, but as soon as I said it to the reception they were fast to find a solution and call someone to fix it. The double bed had two mattresses so there was a gap in the middle. But other than that it was good.

Location: cc 10 minutes walk from city center, bus station nearby to the hotel Parking: own, big parking space, within the hotel's territory. Closed with gates. Room: spacious, clean. Air conditioning was working properly. Breakfast: fresh fruits, various, good food. Automatic coffee machines, good coffee. Staff: polite, friendly.

Water: there was some issue with water temperature and pressure. There was always water in the bathroom, though the water's temperature was changing by unknown reason. Maybe it was only in our room and it's not something that ruined our stay.

I stayed there because of the pool but did not use it as it was a separate charge, and not just a few euro. It was an extra 20euro per use. That is way too expensive ! I was disappointed about this. Good accommodation apart from that.

everything was perfect from kind staffs and great facilities. Tio bad we didn't have much time to use the Spa which i think it's great

Breakfast wasn't that great but delicious thou,Limited choices for it's price.And King size bed's that they offer are just two small bed's connected together and that's a little bit of let downļ

The king with the spa bath was a great option. Room was large and comfortable for us and our dog. 10 minute walk into town for dinner, parking easy and accessible.

Shame the actual spa is not included. Staff were a little slow to attend to request for assistance as they were only staffed with 1 receptionist. Prefer a test selection that is not all black teas.

It was spotless, but Barhroom was a bit dated and had mold, black staines, in Shower area. Could do with a update… I was there 3 nights, later in week night more… All in 3 different rooms and was same n all three

The hotel location is a ~20 min walk to the Old Town centre, but comes with secure free parking so we didn't have to worry about the car. Room was clean, and the staff very friendly.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good as well.

The morning of our departure we felt the staff was trying to rush us to leave breakfast and to check out even though we were well within the breakfast time period and left the room before the check out time.

Location, comfortable beds, big bathroom, nice staff, free bikes to use.

They charge the guest to use the Hotel pool (20 euros each!), first time I see that. There was a construction on the Hotel patio and they have stone crusher sound by 8 AM on a Saturday. Not nice, especially after a long trip. Also our room was on the ground floor on the corridor that leads to the pool/sauna/etc therefore there was lot of people passing by and talking loud early in the morning. These two things combined prevent me to sleep and rest as much as I needed/wanted.

Great location, helpful staff, comfy bed and clean room.

The shower door was slightly broken and difficult to close properly but other than that no problems.
