Restaurant lunch/dinner not available at weekend - although others very nearby, walking distance so ok. Breakfast choice reasonsble, self service, including tea and a coffee machine. Better coffee from bar which was requested and obligingly provided as part of breakfast. Hinges inside wardrobe were unexpectedly oversized. Knocked myself on 3 separate occasions.

The breakfast selection was varied and fresh. There was also oat milk available for those who may prefer it or need it. Staff were very helpful, patient and accommodating even when I had an issue securing the room payment with my bank card. The room was clean and comfortable and was an ok size for a single room.

It was unclear that payment could only be made by credit card. I could not use my debit card to pay for my room, so had to borrow my partner's card to pay with.

Breakfast, Bar, and the Staff were friendly and outstanding! I like the fact they will still hand make cappuccino for breakfast. I loved the staff and management. The free outside parking and parking garage were very nice and easily accessible.

Since I was traveling for business an accessible desk in the room would have been good. The shower entry was different. This was still an excellent hotel and I would stay there again!

Fantactic breakfast, like the best breakfast we had in our hole Italy trip. Fits all tastes. Room was clean, everything was fine and comfortable for our family stay. Good that hotel has 24-front desk, as we arrived from airport at midnight.

Although the pictures match the fitting and the design of the rooms and hotel common facilities, the ancient luxury vibe is not there. I guess the picture lighting has done the trick and presents the hotel as more historic/castle style then it really is. Smells a bit from cigarettes all around the hotel.

Great ambience to the property. We really liked the tastefully designed hotel all the way from the reception area to the lobby & the corridors. Decent breakfast. It is located in an upscale neighborhood and is a short drive away from the city center ( or a tram ride).

The air conditioning was a bit dated & on a hot day might not cool down enough. But we don’t have a major issue because of this.

The Hotel is a long walk away from the centre, the staff were very helpful for taxis but it was not so easy to secure a taxi from town back to the hotel, as it was the Miglia 1000 and taxis were in short supply! I struggled with that as I have 2 damaged feet from a car accident. But it did not spoil the trip. Just love the Italians everyone was so charming and helpful.

This is one fine hotel! Comfortable, clean, cozy beds, big bathroom, good WiFi, great breakfast. We spent there only one night on our way to Spain for a holiday, and it was more than good for a purpose. I can't say more about the location, because we didn't have enough time to explore the city, but I'm guessing it is fine, not more than one mile away from the city centre. It has a free parking, which was also great. The staff was great, so, I would highly recommend this accomodation.

Having an excellent location, not so far away by walking / by public transportation meanings to the historical city center of Brescia , Ambasciatori Hotel offered to us, by its great staff, a very comfortable and nice room, a balanced and good breakfast and of course a free parking seat for our car! Hotel included everything as written in description before booking. The hotel contains parking in front of the hotel and underground garage. Breakfast was okay for me. I would just recommend having eggs not just boiled as an option. The location is perfect. Metro station is 500m far away and even walking to the city isnt too far away (aprox. 15 min).

The comfort of the bed for us was below average. I had problems with sleeping and back pain. All in all the staff was polite and tried to solve my problem but unfortunately not to the expectation that we imagined it would be. I'm not the kind of person who is "picky". I just think that the hotel with 4 stars could be a bit more modern and at least be comfortable. Ive been in 2 star hotels which had comfortable beds. I hope that you will solve these problems in the future and wish you all the best!

This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean with a large comfy bed. Ample parking both above and below ground. We ate in the restaurant most nights. The food is excellent and they serve tradional Brescia fare. The restaurant service is exceptional. It's a 15 - 20 mins. walk to the city centre but there are also metro and bus stops virtually outside of the hotel, tickets available at the hotel. I would love to stay here again.

Nothing
