The location is very good, with very interesting sites, like Roman ruins and wonderful piazzas, close by. I think I expected a breakfast room with maybe warm meal options as the accommodations is described as a bed and breakfast accommodation; however, the host provides some snacks, milk, apple, water, yogurt cup, coffee. The room was very quiet and very comfortable, which I appreciated after a long travel day. I had trouble with my phone and so couldn’t communicate well with my host, who was patient with that.

Maybe better quality snacks, more toilet paper. Overall, I have no complaints.

This is an old building up a tiny alley close to piazza duomo (main square, 5 min on foot), that’s been recently renovated into an elegant hallway with about 4 rooms on the same floor (first floor, no stairs). My room was spacious and well appointed. It had a big bathroom with big shower and 2 sinks, the room had a nice big bed, wardrobe and a little round table with chairs. And the connecting part between bathroom and bedroom also had a small tv with 2 chairs and a closet containing a microwave, silverware, plates and cups for breakfast, which consisted in some fette biscottate “baked hard bread slices) with jab and chocolate spreadable and other sweet and savoury snacks, a coffee machine and a fridge with water, milk and yogurt. Pretty good to me! The room windows face the alley so just in case, brink your earplugs bc some people will walk by during the night and may bother you. The gentleman waiting for me at the time I arrived (which we agreed on so he could be there to show me the ropes) was super nice and professional. He well ask what time can work for cleaning the following days of your stay (including refilling soaps in the bathroom and food in the pantry/fridge). You can decide on that aspect too: I only stayed 2 nights so I declined that offer and slept in. Everything was clean and correctly working. I would go there again!!!

I only picked up the hotel as the room looked nice and the price was reasonable. Didn't expect it could be so close to the center of the town so that I could enjoy every small shop and the beautiful architectures. The room was very big and clean with a huge bed, there were a coffee machine and teapot with different teas and it was so useful. Also there were diverse breakfasts and some snacks prepared. Above all, the owner was super communicative.They would answer very rapidly for any kind of questions and give you any necessary informations with some videos which I thought very helpful. Also they are kind and patient even though I didn't meet them in person. I really enjoyed 2nights' stay and I will recommend Bresciantica to anyone who wants to enjoy the travel in Brescia. It is more than perfect!

Very nice and comfortable space! The host was lovely and gave good tips about the city and what to see. Check in time was quite flexible, I was able to come in earlier and leave my things which was very helpful. Not a lot of noise at night, sweet breakfast and coffee available in the room. The only thing I’d say it was missing some kind of reception or entrance as you were going straight to the room. Other than that it was a great stay, I would recommend for a night or two :)

Spacious room, everything was nice and clean. Also, the owner was an extremely friendly guy, who was checking every day if I needed anything or the room needed to be cleaned or the fridge needed to be refilled. Another nicest thing is the availability of the coffee machine and the fridge in the room. In case anyone wants to have some additional cups of coffee. Moreover, the hotel is located close to the majority of historical monuments. Everything was within 5 min of walk. Beautiful castle on the hilltop overlooking the city with fascinating views, cozy streets, duomo vecchio and nuovo, restaurants and bars. Incredible experience.

Single room is really small and bed is for one person, it looks different than in a photo where room and bed looks much more wide than in real life.

Comfortable and clean room. Really good communication and information about where the building and room is situated. (I received video instructions after booking) It is located in city center and you have plenty of shops and many attractions points just near at walking distance. Coffee machine, mini fridge along with some other food provided in room. Good space for you luggages/belongings. Washroom was really clean

That the check out time was early - it´s one man show therefore it no flexibility

King-size bed - is what I liked the most about this stay! it was rather comfortable, but not so light because of the location on the 1 floor in the backyard.
