Similar to my earlier trip and consequent review, I used the facilities at LUOGO COMUNE Ostello as a basis for the starting and end point of my trip to northern Italy. The facilities are very well looked after and impeccably clean. The location is excellent and is a few minutes walk from the metro station as well as various small shops for food and groceries plus the McDonald's. Check-in is quite generous as staff is around till 22:00. The ability to use an elevator is most welcome for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues.

I was disappointed at the lack of space between the bunk beds and especially for the guest who occupies the lower (ground) bed since the bumping of one's head is too frequent (and painful). In my earlier stay, the upper bunk bed was not occupied and, thus, the upper bunk bed was folded.

The staff were super friendly and it was nice to be able to get in and out of the hostel at any time. The room was good, I liked that there were pods, it felt more like a 2 person room than a 6 person dorm . The location was good to get around Brescia too.

The beds were quite hard, but not super uncomfortable. The main, but minor problem, was the lighting in the room, it was quite dark all of the time. Mostly it was great tbh. I wish the kitchen was bigger and had more seating, but it worked!

Super nice hostel in AMAZING location. You are in the heart of Brescia old town, super close to everything. The building is beautiful and antique, but renovated inside and really convenient. We booked dorm with 6 beds, but it turned out that our dorm has one separated space for 2 beds and we got them, so we had something like private room - separated from the rest of beds with the wall. This was really nice and kind of private even though it was technically a dorm. Every bed has really big wardrobe with the key, so you can leave all your stuff in the safe place. Sockects and lamps next to the beds. Beds were pretty comfortable. Really nice view from the window, of the old street. Fan in the room was working well. Big and convenient bathroom, cleaned every morning. The hostel was very clean and safe. Big kitchen/common area downstairs, with the space for cooking. All kitchen utensils available. Very friendly staff!

In fact, do not waste money on taxis between the hostel and the main train station since one is literally one metro stop away and for only 1.30 euro. I do plan to revisit Brescia and there is no question my desire will be to stay once again at Luogo Comune Ostello.

Is the perfect location in Brescia, if you go for a few days this is the place

May be more control in the rooms, first day a non-stop talking, even smoking those vapes; at that time in the night none of the staff was. The shower we just realized had a part broken the second day.

The hostel is very clean and the staff is really friendly. The location is awesome, not far from the railway station and close to lots of beautiful historical places.There were enough space and additional advantage the shelves with lockers.

However, it is quite hot is the rooms, and the air conditioner is not powerful enough, so you need to open the window and hear all the noise outside. I would recommend it for staying!

I really enjoyed spending the night in this hostel. First of all, I am very grateful to the owner for his long wait because of my late arrival. Thanks a lot) From the pros I can note: - good location in the city center. -beautiful rooms divided into sections -there is a livt and a spacious kitchen with the necessary utensils and a coffee machine. - a very nice and polite person at the reception desk who was waiting for me
