Perfect location in the historic center of Brescia. From the train station walk to the connected metro station, buy a ticket and get off at the Vittoria station. Then it's a short walk through some awesome piazzas to the hotel. There are tons of great restaurants and an pastry shop next to the hotel. The staff and breakfast were awesome and really helpful. Just ask for a quiet room because of the noise from the Irish bar next door. The sound proofing in the rooms works great.

For a three start hotel, the price and location, I liked everything. I plan on returning to this hotel in the future.

True, that the location is very convenient; true, that the room was charming, the bed was comfortable (and spotless!) and the WiFi was fast...But what made my stay was the treatment I received from Luca at the front desk during check-in. Because the hotel has a strict policy of no check-ins before 14:30, he stored my bags and suggested interesting things to do in the 90 minutes I had to kill. He is courteous, funny, professional, and as a native Brescian, has a wealth of knowledge about the city. During my 3-night stay, he recommended places to visit, local dishes, and restaurants (that were spot-on) and helped me with some request. He goes far and beyond what's expected of him and gives an excellent first impression of the city as a first-time guest. He is definitely the perfect person to have at reception to welcome a guest. The housekeeping manager is also a perfect example of excellent customer service. She helps in the breakfast room, everyday, catering to some "peculiar" guest requests with a smile (some people clearly can´t have a normal coffee or tea at breakfast, they need to feel special), and she´s always upbeat and with a smile. It´s a great way to start your day. She ensures that the rooms are up to standards for the guests and was very accommodating when I had to work in the morning, thus disturbing their work schedule.

Nothing to fault.

The room itself was simple but very comfortable, with a nice window towards the street that was noise insulating, but if you feel warm, you could open it to get some fresh air. Also, the desk in the room is just the right size. The wardrobe is quite classy, didn't use it (as I stayed only 1 night) but it was beautiful

Some minor things in the room could do need some maintenance For instance shower head holder couldn't be adjusted the height. Outside of the hotel is quite noisy, BUT the windows do insulate the noise quite well. But if you are very sensitive to noise, just be aware.

Nice location in the middle of the center. Very friendly staff that were very responsive to our needs and questions. As a guest you get a discount at a very nearby Osteria which is highly recommended! Breakfast is very good.

As it is in the center and there are some bars directly below, it can get a little noisy. But the windows are sound isolated and it didn’t bother us. If you are really sensitive to noise, you might want to consider a hotel further from the center

The hotel is in the nice part of the old town and is right in the heart of must-see’s plazas and shops. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Shout out to Luca in reception and the lady in the bfast cafe. It was so nice to have you in that hotel.

My room is in the front side of the hotel and I can hear the bar downstairs. But when I close the windows, the noise hardly heard.

I liked the place and the good will of the employees of helping. Also it was very easy to get out and in at anytime I wanted.

Early in the morning, usually around 6am I would hear doors and objects making noise, probably because it was the time that the employees started they shift and were making breakfast and cleaning. I didn't mind because I wake up very early but someone else that wakes up late would not enjoy. Also the coffee at the breakfast was those capsules machines instead of real coffee, but for the price I paid it's not fair to complain about it, I am just saying because better coffee would make the place even better.

The location was fabulous,as you were minutes from everything,with restaurants next door and opposite. The staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. Their Engñish was super. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a great base to explore this gem of a city. We would definitely return.

If we had had more information about parking beforehand that would have been really helpful. You have to be very careful about driving into the city´s inner zone, as the fines are excessive. (We did a couple of circuits before opting for the undergroud carpark just before the tunnel,as you enter the old town. This was an excellent find and only 10 euros for 24 hours, so not all doom and gloom.)

I loved the position - in the heart of the old town , surrounded by great eateries, and close to everything We had a wonderful room with two balconies , overlooking the street - I am not sure what any of the other rooms would be like. We left the window ajar to listen to the gentle hubbub of people enjoying themselves into the evening

Plastic cups instead of proper glasses at breakfast - the hotel is much better than this

The location was excellent in the old town. It is an old style building with character. The 3 stars offer a comfortable stay and my 10 rating is in respect ton3 stars. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fine. Lots of restaurants and places to eat close by. There is a terrace where you can sit along with a sitting space.

The location in the city center is ideal. Even if access to the area is prohibited for unauthorized cars, simply provide your license plate number to the hotel staff so that they can do what is necessary so that you can, at the very least, unload your luggage before leaving to park your car in another location.

The free parking mentioned in the description is actually located near the castle, located high up, which represents a considerable effort to get there when, like me, you have respiratory problems.
