Them restaurant. Dishes bad taste and with hudge price :( When we come eat they had only 2 sitted tables, that was a signal, but we was verry tired and had dine there. That was our mistake. Pool - at outside. You can get there only with clothes, because you’ll need go from reception, entance and etc. Pool not cozy. Just if you want swim for sport, not for leisure.

Breakfast is fantastic, location is great, metro station is 300m from hotel and you need 15-max20 minutes from hotel to city center. Air condition is working great (heating), and last time I was here in August also cooling was great. Beds are comfortable, big (king size).

There is no any more big free parking behind hotel. Now they have very limited parking space next to hotel and few spaces in front of restaurant, so I didn't have space to park (20h) and I had to park on public parking next to metro station Mompiano and walk to hotel (cc 300m). This should not be case for 4* hotel. Rooms are clean but it is obvious that need more detail cleaning (sink from down site, when you seat on toilet you see black dirt below sink), also water pressure in room 505 is low, and water drained very slowly, most probably need cleaning of sewage.

The room is comfy, clean and bigger than expected. Bed is comfy We got cookies as a welcome present :)

After 7am itnis impossible to sleep, cause you hear every noise from the street, from neightbour rooms and the corridor. The cleaning lady was extremely noisy from 8 am in front of our door. She didn’t care at all that there were guests sleeping around her. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool, cause it opens at 10am.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring northern Italy. Lots of local amenities within walking distance including the metro. Free onsite parking for our rental car, the staff were always happy to help with every need or want we had, the pool was always manned, clean and available with sun loungers. The food was also great, friendly happy service. We cannot thank the staff enough for our week with you all at Double Tree, we will definitely return.

If there was 1 thing I would say, no balcony but that is a personal choice as I like a coffee and fresh air when I first wake up, that aside there wasn’t anything not to like.

Big and free parking. Breakfast was excellent. Air-conditioning was working great. Changed towels every day, nice clean room - every day fully cleaned. It have fridge and safety deposit box. Big TV with plenty channels.

Room didn't have night table and light for both side of bed. Water in swimming pool is freezing cold even on 35C outside.

the water in the bathroom sink was not draining, but since we stayed only for the night, we did not ask for room replacement. We had to vouch 20eur for the room fridge, we didn’t use anything, but we still didn’t get the money refunded, it’s been a few days now, we were told the money would be refunded in a few hours.

Parking and the customer service of the staff.

After a long trip, the stay for only one night was almost awful.We could not take a proper shower as there was no soap , no shower gel .During the night the air conditioning was extremely noisy , so we could sleep.Even if it is for one night,I do not recommend if you want to sleep well.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Close to the metro station and the bus lines. The room was very spacious and extremely quiet. The bathroom and room were very clean.

I stayed only one night so I am not able to provide further feedback. Perhaps I found the room a bit too pricy considering that it is not in the city centre.

The room was large and lovely, comfortable, the staff in every area (front desk, breakfast, pool) were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, we've had better, but still nothing to complain about. Pool could use some shade, but our kids had a blast out there anyway. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

The pool needs a shady spot. Breakfast could be of better quality.
