Giuseppe is a very keen host, trying to make guests feel welcome and accommodated. Our room overlooked a stone wall, but the house itself is a very nice place with a lovely view, a bit outside the village of Sarnico. Breakfast was good, Giuseppe also granted special requests. Room and bathroom were clean, check-in and -out were easy and Giuseppe was always helpful.

A small fridge in the room would be a nice addition.

The views are insanely good,the breakfast was rich and the bread was fresh,the same for croissants! It is a luxury to have such breakfast view. I am a big foodie and the food definitely exceeded my expectations.You get offered different types of coffee as well. The cleanliness standards are really high as well,the room is cleaned to a perfection every single day. There is air con as well. Giuseppe is the kindest host I have ever met! He offered to drive us to the city centre on the last day,when we had to catch a bus to Bergamo. I would 100% recommend you to stay here! Sarnico offers great restaurants and boat trips to other cities around the lake as well . Thank you Giuseppe!

Everything was great!

the property was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. we couldn’t believe it when we arrived. we had never seen a house like it. Giuseppe is an incredible host who even offered to give us a lift into town when we were going for aperitivo. the breakfast was gorgeous and the room was incredibly comfortable and clean. I will come back to lake Iseo just to stay again at Giuseppe b&b

absolutely nothing bad to say about it. I know a lot of people rated the property down because there wasn’t WiFi in the rooms but, come on people! look out the window and embrace the view. there is also the public dining area and terrace which all have WiFi if you really need it.

Giuseppe was a great host, he was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The location of the B&B is perfect, a quiet area, overlooking the lake. The room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. B'fast was served on the terrace so we could enjoy the view.

The wifi connection wasn't very strong (probably since we stayed in the room at the end of the corridor). However, the signal was good in other parts of the B&B.

Lovely accommodation. Very pleasant and helpful owner. Quiet location and good breakfast.

Was a bit of a walk from the town centre with quite a hill up to the property. Was not an issue for us but might be for some people.

The walk up the hill was a struggle so without a car was difficult but luckily we are reasonably fit

View is great, location is 10min walk to the main street on the lake. The host is helpfull, the villa has good tastevon design; beds are comfortable, towels are fresh. Coffee and juice on breakfest is very good

Giuseppe is a wonderful host : kind, helpful and disponible. Location is perfect and the house is just incredible (ask him to see the 2 wonderful suites). Good breakfast.

Small negative point … mattress is maybe a bit hard

This was a fabulous place to stay - I'm so glad we did! Giuseppe is amicable, hospitable and the breakfast (as other reviews mention!) was excellent. And we had an incredible view!

Well the location is superb : above the hustle & bustle. Lovely views, comfy sleep, breakfast on the terrace.

As ever, a fridge, drink making facilities would be welcomed (as this price). A robe in the room : to head out across the corridor to the bathroom? Someone did comment earlier about how off the breakfast tray is… one of a cheese and ham toastie, egg, and yoghurt. What do you do! Lucky one of us didn’t like boiled eggs. And I simply had to explain and engage about the yoghurt! Another one was brought straight away! So be prepared to manage your breakfast! I was eaten alive on getting out of the car! We hadn’t even thought. There was a garden spray on (guessing it didn’t help!) Sprays & also a mozzie defence in your room! Help is at hand there : if you ask. But, once bitten! I’m covered in itchy bites!
