The host was very attentive to our needs. The room including bathroom was very clean, the beds comfortable for a deep and long sleep. This place is ideally suitable for a transition stay as we needed. Orio-al-Serio was found out to be a nice small village with an ancient church, a fortress tower and good maintained buildings of school and kindergarten.

There were no bottles of drinking water in the room as I would expect. When you come to a room after a long flight you have no energy to even go down to the breakfast room to take one from the shared minibar the prices in which are quite moderate.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a great experience. One of the things I really appreciated was how easy it was to get in and out of the apartment—it made moving around with luggage super convenient. The location is also excellent, with the airport just a short ride away (about €20 by taxi), which was very helpful for my early flight. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-located place to stay!

Check-in was quick (we arrived around 3PM). Self check-out was possible in the middle of the night. Room was clean and spacious and would say that even better than expected. It was within walking distance from the Bergamo airport (approx. 2km). There was pedestrian road the whole way from the airport to Orio al Serio where the accommodation is located. For us it took like 20-25 minutes walking. We did not try to get a taxi, so cannot share how much that would be. Bus stop is near the accommodation to go and explore Bergamo. Some buses take you straight up to Citta Alta but some drop you a bit earlier so you can walk and take furnicolore up to the mountain. If you have spare time between flights, great way to spend it :)

It was an easy 25 minute walk from the airport along the bike trail; however, if you have a rolling suitcase or it is a hot afternoon, you might prefer to take a 20 minute local bus or 10 minute taxi. The staff was very kind, speaking excellent English (as opposed to my horrendous Italian) and breakfast was delicious - scrambled eggs, assorted cheese, prosciutto, croissants, and fruits. The room was much bigger than expected and included a balcony and my own private bathroom. Overall an excellent value and I would not hesitate to book again when flying through Milan Bergamo Airport.

I was not able to check in prior to 3:00pm as it is a small family run business and there were no staff available between the hours of 10:00am-3:00pm; however, they were able to recommend me a mall across from the airport to kill some time at until my room was available.

I stayed for one night because I had an early morning flight. The location is very convenient, close to the airport. It's in an area with a bit of airplane noise, but I didn't mind since I used ear plugs and slept well. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. If I come back to Bergamo, I'd definitely stay here again.

Since I had heavy luggage, I took a taxi to the airport, but if I had packed lighter, I could have walked. Overall, there wasn't really anything I didn't like

I recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the airport, and my experience was nothing short of superb. Despite arriving very late due to a delayed flight, the hotel offered a seamless self-check-in option, which was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The air-conditioning was an absolute lifesaver, keeping the room refreshingly cool and comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the staff, Francesca and her father, were exceptionally kind and professional. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay and made me feel very welcome. Overall, the combination of the hotel's proximity to the airport, the ease of late check-in, the well-appointed, cool room, and the wonderful staff made for an exceptional stay. When I am in Bergamo again, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended for travellers seeking convenience and comfort.

The staff was helpful with the few questions we had. The rooms were clean and spacious, and there was a nice view towards the church. The place was ~21 minutes short walk from the airport, so convenient for all sort of weirdly scheduled flights (they can also help arrange a taxi or a shuttle). The closest bus stop to the city was ~5 minute walk, so transportation connections were great. Unfortunately didn't have time to check out the breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located: 15-20 minutes walk to the airport. In Orio al Serio there are pharmacies, several restaurants, and if you need more, you can go to Bergamo by bus #1. The bus stop is a couple of minutes away. The hotel is very clean. The room is very cozy and nice. I liked the little garden in the yard the most.

The only thing that might bother you is the planes flying at night. But we were here for an early morning flight, so … 😄

It’s super close to the airport! Nearby restaurant was delicious! The front desk lady helped us to call a taxi. Also they were kind to let us drop off bag before check in! Across the airport is their famous mall. You can keep your luggage in a locker then go to the mall before your flight. We really enjoyed that

A mosquito was in our room prior to our arrival so it was eating us the entire evening. But I don’t think that is the property’s fault

Room is big and very clean, all seems new. There is also a kettle, tea, coffee and cookies. Bed is comfortable. Host is easy to communicate and customer oriented. You can order transfer to airport - mini bus for 20 eur. The driver is punctual and pleasant to communicate. There is also direct way to go by foot approx 15-20 min around airport, very well explained in video shared by host.

Just as a wish - would maybe good to have a common frige. I broght a lot of cheese for my friends 🙈. But solution was found - outside window 😄
