The bedroom and shower room were clean and lovely and we enjoyed having access to our own personal garden space, through patio doors. The garden space had a table with 2 chairs, as well as 2 sunbeds, also a small airer for drying clothes. The communal garden was beautiful, and the pool area was kept very clean and tidy. Separate towels were provided for use in the pool. The bar/bistro was an added bonus for an aperitivo, before going out in the evening. There was a fridge in the room with various drinks inside - the prices were reasonable. The breakfast was ample and varied, although sometimes the pastries seemed to run out and were not replenished. It was good that guests were offered alternative, freshly made coffee - cappuccino, espresso etc. The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring both Paratico and Sarnico. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast tea bags in the room were not replenished after use and no milk was provided - we had to ask. The storage space in the room was limited. I think bottles of water could have been provided free of charge.

We had the apartment. Everything was great - Good, basic cooking facilities, with some coffee/tea, but we just got tea in the breakfast room anyway. Clean throughout, good aircon (except that the outlet blast hot air onto the balcony making it extra hot outside to sit there comfortably), fabulous shower, comfy bed, comfy sofa bed. Swimming pool was lovely, very relaxing, great water quality. We were allowed to use the pool after our check-out as we had a late flight out. Excellent location very close to bars/restaurants and super market. And the ladies at the bar make an excellent Spritz!

We didn't have much of a view from our balcony but wasn't too bad. Toilet paper did not get replenished so probably best to get some of your own

Beautiful setting with lake view. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Excellent room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Pool towels were supplied. Drinks and food in the bar and terrace area were very reasonable priced. Food was delicious.

No toilets at the pool area. You have to go back to your hotel room which is not great with wet swimwear. Everything else was excellent.

They upgraded our room for free without even asking! We got the room with a huge balcony and view towards the lake, amazing! Breakfast full of options and really delicious. Not only sweets! Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the receptionist with glasses and short black hair (sorry, can't remember her name). A huge underground parking lot of the hotel, which is safe, spacious and convenient way go up to the rooms from there by the elevator.

I have nothing to complain about. I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great but my only complaint would be that by the time of the booking, it was clearly mentioned that the "double room" had a maximum capacity of 2 people but in reality, the room has an extra single bed (one Queen bed + Single bed), since we were 5 people, we had to book 3 rooms in order to fit us all when we could've easily fit in 2 double rooms. Only because of this, I took out points because it affected directly our pockets on something that could've been prevented easily if the description was accurate, other than that, great stay.

Perfect hotel with fabulous lake views from the balcony. Amazing comfy bed in a good sized and very clean room and bathroom.There was a fantastic large balcony overlooking the lake with mountain views. Great buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Easy underground parking if needed. Would highly recommend for a visit to Lake Iseo.

Nothing to dislike

This was the second time that I've stayed at this hotel, I was so impressed the first time explaining why I returned again with my family. It's got a great pool, it's super clean with friendly staff and provides a delicious breakfast. A good location and useful parking too- you can't ask for more!

The location of this hotel was amazing that offers a great front view of Lago d'iseo. It was accessible to town, a few mins walk to the restaurants and offers wide range of variety for breakfast. The staff are very accomodating and nice, very helpful in answering your queries and offers solutions.

The aircondition was not cool enough, although maybe because it was very warm at that time but still do-able. Overall, our stay was great and definitely will come back again.

Excellent location, walking distance from (less than 2 min) to the lake, many restaurants and bars close by in Paratico and Sarnico. Spotless clean, very cosy room, beautiful gardens and pool area. Very pet friendly- we loved the welcome gift for our dog.

Everything was great. The room was large and stylish with a lovely big balcony with a great lake view. The pool was great with a very friendly and helpful lifeguard. All of the staff, including the cleaners were great. The breakfast was superb. Underground parking was also excellent. I would highly recommend
