The old style of the house had a lot of characte and charm. The house was stocked with whatever you needed. We made breakfast for ourselves every morning. The location was excellent. Lake can be seen from several balconies. Theres a lovely mini market nearby and a Lidl if you prefer a full grocery store, both in walking distance. Alessandra was a wonderful host and provided so much information on the area. I really want to come back and stay here again!

Because it was an older home, when the wind blew hard, the windows rattled, but I'm sure it doesn't happen often. There's also shutters if you need them.

We very much like to visit Italy. Now for the Mile Miglia. This accommodation is absolutely perfect. Superlative care was provided by the owner Alessandra. Great communication. Passing maps and useful advice with tourist types. Advice on accessibility and parking in the cities of Brescia and Bergamo. Really great.

Cosy place in excellent location. Very nice and helpful staff (Ms. Alessandra), provided us with information about the area and answered on all our questions (even late at night). There were issues with hot water but they were resolved very quickly and didn't come back.

Alessandra is a very sweet woman who helped us with all our questions and gave us a very warm welcome. The B&B looked beautiful and is really in a super location. Even without a car we had a great time (nearby towns and activities are within walking distance). In short, we are very satisfied!

I was the only person staying and the host upgraded me to a room with shower. She's very friendly and speaks great English. It is a small b+b so even when full would be quiet. Great value for money. Has a traditional charm to the building and there's a room that you could read a book or write in on rainy days. Room has a Ac/heater so good for all weather. There's a small roof balcony to sit and have breakfast which has a view across the lake. I parked my car in the drive which was very useful. Just across the road is a really lovely local bar and restaurant. Great for meeting locals and watching the word go by.

No lift which might be an issue for some but the host helped me with bags and stairs are broad. Still because of covid the breakfast is pre packed in the room but they made every effort for it to be a nice selection (juice, cakes, biscuits, coffee/tea).

Perfect location overlooking the lake. Gorgeous balcony views. Bar, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Comfortable, clean, and a very warm welcome from Benito.

Shower was a bit of a dribble and there was no bedroom door lock, but neither bothered us too much.

Beautiful location just by Iseo lake, with great view from the balcony on 1st floor and even better from the small balcony on the 2nd. The house had everything I needed and It was very comfortable. Alessandra was a great host with great recommendations (don’t miss out a trip to Monte Isola), very welcoming and helpful.

It is lovely, huge and clean. I would return any time.

It was cold the first night. But later on we could make the room warmer with the AC

Perfect location for Ironman. Also probably the most diverse breakfast I have seen in Italy, they even had a gluten free section.
