The view is amazing. The room is specious and very clean

The breakfast isn't great. Not a lot of alternatives in this remote location. Should be improved. The host is really nice but not speak English at all (not even basic one) what made our communication almost impossible. Also she wasn't flexible with the check in time but it was mainly our fault. Still we hoped her to show some flexibility due the circumstances. We still enjoyed our time very much.

We fell in love with the view from our room and the comfort of it. The room seemed to have been renovated or at least looks modern and fresh. The bed was comfortable enough and the air-conditioning worked quietly but effectively which is not always the case. Loved the concept of the breakfast which is served in the corridor for the guest to take back to the room.

Our pillows were not the most comfortable but this wouldn't stop me from coming back. Another small thing: a bit more soap and shampoo would be much appreciated. But we truly loved our stay.

Nice room with a good bed and a fine bathroom. The owner welcomed us personally and gave us some ideas for dinner, even though we didn't understand each other easily (owner spoke only Italian). We only stopped over on a long journey, but this place deserves a bit more time... also because we couldn't enjoy the view because of heavy fog.

Breakfast was a disappointment. It was set up as a buffet in the hallway, so that people could take what they wanted for themselves. But there was not really anything to choose for us, since we don't eat meat and I avoid cow dairy products. Also, it was difficult to find out where we needed to go when we arrived (it was dark and raining... that didn't help either). Eventually I pressed a bunch of buttons somewhere and someone showed up at a door... all good in the end.

Beautiful location, one can enjoy easy, tasty, Italian style breakfast in the room, or on the balcony overlooking the amazing lake Iseo, the host was lovely, though communication was bit tricky due to the language barrier, highly recommended if you move by car as the location is quite remote.

Stunning view over the lake, very comfortable room and good breakfast. The staff gave us also good recommendation for the a restaurant.

We had a great day and wished we could have communicated more with the host and asked for more, but the language barrier was too strong.

Very nice view, ok breakfast

Had to wait for keys quite some time. Even though we've got an english sms and informed on time, we had to wait for 30-50minutes. Good thing we had a beer and the view was wonderful while waiting :D

The room was clean with big windows. The view from the balcony is breath taking! It was more than we had expected.

The breakfast was very simple. They do not have restaurant. Because I don't know Italian language, it was difficult to communicate with the lady who administrate the rooms. Anyhow she was very kind!

location is perfect, very nice view! room (suite) was great! nice and cool with airco, both beds are in one room with kitchen and living area, the two beds are divided by glass covered with curtains. breakfast was great! all and all very nice stay! this is a place I would go back to!

if there is one thing that needs a little attention, it’s de bathroom downstairs. shower and all were nice but a little outdated. further nothing to complain about

Second time there and still the most beautiful view ever!

You are driving up a road to nowhere. You think this is wrong but it is not. THE VIEW FROM THE HOTEL ROOM DOWN ONTO THE LAKE IS STUNNING!!! Will come back!
