The cleanliness of the hotel is good with lovely crisp white sheets and towels. The bathroom is nice and big with a walk in shower making getting ready easy and cool. The fridge is a really useful addition allowing the keeping of cold drinks and milk to hand. The balcony is a nice thing to have as it looks over the pool and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The bed is big and comfortable and the glazing keeps most noise out to aid restful sleep.

The hotel was a little quieter than we first expected to find it, with a bit of a ghost town feel on the evening we arrived. We were disappointed that the town was a good car ride away meaning someone had to drive each evening. The wardrobes have a very odd layout with very big drawers in the centre so clothes dont hang great and the small drawers are so thin you cant get anything in so leaving clothes in cases was the best option. Breakfast became a bit sparce by the end of the five days. If you went down late there were items missing so not everyone is getting an equal standard. The air con is pre set by the hotel and although it was cool enough most of the time we wouldve liked to have been able to set our own.

- the room: the suites are very large, fully equipped and have an amazing view on the lake - the inside swimming pool and the spa: they are both well designed, very warm and clean - the staff: they were always super helpful and nice

- the restaurant is average and would say a bit expensive for the quality, comparing with other choices nearby - the overall hotel feels a bit old and stuck in the 90s, not a big deal, but a refresh would be welcome - the location is not bad but be mindful that the hotel is a 40 min walk to Sarnico. Would recommend only to people looking for a quiet place or with a car

The rooms are organised and equipped with safe and fridge. Free parking under the hotel. The check-in is closed at 11pm but they sent us all the information we needed in order to do self check-in including how to get in the parking lot and left us the keys on the doors.

We booked two rooms, one is the 'romantic' room on the 4th floor with a view to the lake which is nice, but it seemed like the bathroom was not cleaned as there was a used towel on the bidet. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't attached well and the water didn't drain, but someone came to fix it. The other room was a 'view to the pool' but we got a room on the 1st floor which is kind of under the level of the pool, so our view was actually a wall.... The air conditioner didn't work so good and it isn't possible to control the temperature because it is set by the hotel.

It's a suggestion for the hotel, Basically, if the guest will come back for the second stay, he or she will be very satisfied with the first stay. You can collect the information of the guests, and the guests may come back for the third time or introduce it to friends. And you can record the guests' housing habits. When the guests arrive for the second time, they will be greeted warmly, as well as their housing habits. Let them feel cared for。

they could have had better toiletries: too many different brands, and had to ask them to reception, no dental kit, better tv(with Netflix/prime video….). If it had been slightly cheaper could have been better the correct price for a room with this service should be 100-120 euros.

The room was amazing 😍, very spotless and the bed was very spacious i loved it. The room had the view of the lake which makes it more eye-catching and beautiful. I love the place and will surely come back again 🤗😉

Breakfast was great,. Spa and pools excellent. The therapists in Spa were amazing and so professional excellent at their jobs.

We didn't have easy accrss to taxi but this wasn't the hotel's fault. But a transfer or taxi service lacks in area been 2km from town.
