The staff were so kind. The breakfast had everything you wish. The late night check-in went very smoothly.

If I have to find something to comment on I would say the heat, which isn’t their fault so we slept with the window open which I wasn’t entirely comfortable with. The AC in the room was just not blowing enough cool air. But this is minor, everything was great!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bergamo. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they really make time for you. The room smells divine by the way… and the breakfast buffet is a bonus! You won’t regret. Thank you so much to San Valentino Hotel team for making our vacation comfortable and memorable, we hope to come back soon.

Recomand San Valentino Hotel, especially for the people who have a flight from Bergamo airport.

It’s still close to Bergamo airport (about 10-20 min). Depends on the tragic. It seems, that in this hotel the people are doing everything for their costumers. I am traveling a lot, but long time I am not so satisfied about this qualitative service. Thank you .

Everything is good really stuff is friendship nice stuff you ask only something only one mirror is everything is okay. I like this stuff more more need something staff many help you thank you very much. I like it.

We spent one night in this property. Very nice staff, clean room, good sleep quality. Good location, just outside Bergamo. Breakfast very good and varied. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those in the 

What do you expect from your hotel ? -To be welcomed with a smile, courtesy and professionalism. Check. -To have a room + bathroom clean, quiet and well equipped. Check. Plus, rooms at lower level have a tiny garden. Enough to enjoy your coffee (this one made with your own machine) quietly. -To park your car in a closed area. For free. Check. -Breakfast : some say it could be more and more. Wrong ! It’s enough for having a good day with a macchiato with fresh orange juice, fresh fruits and some delicious bakery. And a large buffet included. Check. At San Valentino, I feel like home. So I’ll come back each time I’ll come to Bergamo. Grazie Alessandra, and thanks to your team. You deserve it. Auguri.

The location was good for the event I was attending. The hotel staff was friendly. Alessandra speaks English and is very helpful and pleasant. The hotel property was quiet while I was there. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. WiFi and a good breakfast were included with the price of a room.

It was difficult to get there without a car. About 1/2 mile walk from nearest Tram station. It is near local bus routes but those are very difficult to understand for a foreigner. I was rescued by a kind woman in a car who saw me struggling with my baggage on the side of the road. Friendly local people. This area is definitely not set up for foot traffic trying to get to the village from the Tram station. Once I was at the hotel it was all great. If you are planning to stay here and will be taking public transportation, a good backpack with all your things inside is much preferred over an airport style suitcase with wheels.

the reception time close TOO early by 7.00pm which i think not reasonable time. 10.00 pm is the normal time for reception to close

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast (fresh coffee, juice, good variety of quality food). Comfortable rooms, private garage. Would recommend!

It was nice stay & calm place & ample parking space was there.

to open parking barrier needs to be get down from car and enter key it was not nice.
