Can't get a better view than that. Absolutely amazing. Rooms do look a bit dated, mostly due to covers, but they're perfectly clean and the views are just to die for. Couple running the hotel are so nice and welcoming. Breakfast is more than standard Cornetto and coffee, try the roasties, they're very filling. Plenty of parking spots as well. Can walk to local bars and restaurants.

I hope the owners consider doing aperitivo on their lovely terrace. Would bring a lot of people in with the view.

Very friendly staff. Great location with lake views. Breakfast was charming with home made cakes. A quiet location, safe and the was a surprisingly large choice of places to dine, considering how small Clusane is.

Air con had been turned off due to cooler weather but the hosts turned the system back on when we asked, so no complaints

A beautiful place on a gorgeous lake. Its a family-run business, and the owner - Katia - is absolutely wonderful, warm, helpful and accommodating person, we couldn't wish for a better hostess. She made me a card for my BD and placed it on our table for breakfast, and I thought it was a super nice touch. The breakfast to me was outstanding: cheeses, a locally made hard sausage, variety of fruits, and home made pastries - what could be better! we also had dinner on premecies one night, and it was absolutely delicious. Our room had a balcony, and the view from it will stay with me forever. Will be recommending to my friends for sure

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Beautifully clean and comfortable rooms, amazing view of the lake, lovely restaurant serving home cooked traditional meals. The staff are beautiful people. The hotel/restaurant are family owned and it shows in their hospitality and warm nature towards guests. Can’t wait to come back here one day.

It is a little tricky to get to. The ferries and buses in summer are not very frequent, which makes it hard to get to other towns surrounding the lake. Highly recommend having a car if staying here

Super friendly owner and staff. The view of the Iseo lake from the room is stunning! Room was very clean and the bed and pillows are comfy. Katia helps a lot and also gave us some tips where to go for wine tasting, restaurants, taxi, etc. Definitely will come back next time we visit the Franciacorta region :).

Very nice family hotel just in front of the lake Iseo. The view from the room is just amazing ! The breakfast offers local specialities and lots of pastry. The staff is vey nice and ready to help and advice. Special thanks to Katia for her recommendations. We will definitely come back

Everything! Very creative placement in the sweetest town Clusane with a great view over the lake. The hosts of the hotel made my mom and me feel very welcome and they were so helpful. Great place to stay while exploring lake iseo!

We had a room with a view of the lake which was wonderful! The staff were friendly and very helpful. We ate at the restaurant and found the service good, the food very tasty and the price was reasonable. It is a lovely family run hotel and restaurant and has been in the family for 70 years.

Great location with unobstructed views of the lake. Room was very comfortable and clean. Superb restaurant with an excellent choice of local dishes, all freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. A true family feel throughout.

Great location and comfortable room and balcony with exceptional views. Katia and her family were welcoming and helpful and I would highly recommend to other travelers looking for a great place to stay. I hope I have the opportunity to return one day.
