We enjoyed the view to the Lago d’Iseo and the closeness to the old town with Coffee-shops and Restaurants/Enotecas. The hotel has it’s own very good restaurant and we found out that they even produce their own wine, the wine-estate is worth a visit. One of the best Rosé-bubblies I drank and it wasn’t even a Franciacorta. The hotel-staff is very very kind and helpful. We had a problem with a booking from our foreign phones and they immediately reacted.

This hotel is not necessarily build for ‚2 meter Germans‘ 😉 and you are in the middle of town , please remember to like the party

Check-in friendly, quick and organised. We were given the room with a balcony and great views as requested. Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Breakfast was ample and fresh, and a great coffee machine. Well situated to walk to restaurants and along the lake. Free parking was available off-site.

Had issues trying to connect to my iPhone from our room, but my husband had no issues with his Samsung.

This is a lovely hotel perfectly located for exploring the area. It has views over the lake and our room had a small balcony to relax. Lovely staff. Rooms clean and comfortable with a small fridge to keep drinks cold.

Tea/coffee making facility in the room would have been a welcome addition, but you're never far from a coffee bar in Italy.

We had Lake Iseo views which was stunning. Breakfast had a really good choice . Rooms were clean and well maintained and beds really super comfy.. staff were very helpful with timetables for airport and getting around the area. Excellent location for restaurants and the ferry and a good base for walkers.

Quite noisy and our first floor room overlooked rubbish area which was a pity as It could get quite smelly and unpleasant in warmer weather.

The room was super clean, great location, staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the lady working at the reception. Also, as I was travelling alone, I felt really safe.

There was a little noisy outside because of the restaurant downstairs but that's not hotel's fault at all and it's understandable that it may get a bit noisy sometimes. However, after midnight there wasn't any noise at all.

Wonderful location and pleasant staff. Would highly recommend getting a balcony, rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

You get what you pay for and the rooms could do with a lick of paint and some TLC but good value and we still loved it!

Location, staff and breakfast all super. Room was very tidy and spacious, comfy beds. We all have a great stay.

Large spacious room for our family of 2 adults and 2 children..... the only downside of this was the AC was not enough to keep the room cool and was also located under a window so once the curtains were closed there was even less benefit.

The bed was large and so comfortable providing an excellent night’s sleep.We upgraded to a lake view which was definitely worthwhile. Despite being central it was very quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. We were on the third floor so the lift was handy for luggage. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Great location over looking the Lake and close to local amenities. Bus station/Ferry boat terminal. Loads of restaurants to chose from fantastic service from the hotel staff.

Air condition unit couldn't be adjusted due to both temp and speed controls broken but this didn't spoil the holiday.

The hotel location is absolutely great. We booked room with lake view and this was absolutely worth it. Room and bath was not very big but much then enough for short stay ( 2 days). Hotel is next to restaurant with amazing Italian food (must go when you stay in this hotel) and walking distance to explore the town or just walk by the river. The hotel is great location to travel around the lake. The check-in and check out was very quick, staff was very nice, Even though we stay only two nights when we came back after first day the room was cleaned. We do recommend and would stay again if we choose the same area for visiting ( just hoping for better breakfast selection).

Public paid parking available close by however on the market day ( I believe it was Wed afternoon and Thurs) needed to search for another place - we found underground parking around 5 min walk from the hotel but this could be inconvenient for others especially that there is more or less no possibility to park in front of the reception door to unpack. Breakfast was very poor ( yogurt, few fruits, packed muffins, cornflakes, milk water juices and coffee) -when asked, personnel brought us some sweet croissant on another day also few slices of cheese - we are aware that we were traveling outside of tourism period but still other hotels made much better breakfast.
