Super-friendly helpful staff. Peaceful hotel. Classic room with plentiful storage and stunning balcony views down on the lake and of the mountains. Good breakfast on extensive terrace with excellent coffee and omelette to order. Secure parking and air conditioning. Delightful garden round the pool. Charming village round the port and easy drive to lively Iseo and beyond for strolls, meals, lake ferries and a bit of history!

Comfortable chairs in the bedroom and a mini-fridge for water would be a real bonus, especially for a longer stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The view from the room was excellent. The small town of Clusane that the hotel was located in was also a pleasant surprise. Wishing walking distance there was a number of very good restaurants.

The breakfast was decent but not more than that. The rooms were not that well sound proofed, so you could hear the other guest coming and going quite easily - but the hotel was small and had few guest, so not a big problem.

We booked this last minute and had the lake view room. Wow wow wow! The view is incredible but really the entire hotel is just amazing. Super friendly and accomodating staff, nice pool to cool off and beautifully manicured gardens. The bed is comfortable Overall a very nice place to stay !

The location was just beautiful, I had a fabulous view from my balcony looking over the lake. The host was exceptional, so helpful to point in the right direction for local attractions. I had forgotten a bag and the host even went out of her way to drop it off to my next location I was staying at. So kind

Hotel is on a very nice spot, cozy rooms have balconies with view on lake Iseo. All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast had various choices and you could enjoy beautiful view from the terrace. Hotel is also cyclist-friendly and on a good spot for many cycling routes.

excellent location superb views with lake view room and balcony. Pool although small was perfect we were the only guests in there. Bed very comfortable and air conditioning great as very hot

we opted for breakfast on one day but at 12 euros each I have to say was very expensive. Room looked very tired but as I said earlier the bed was comfortable

Very good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake. Our room also had a beautful lake view. The owners were very pleasant and always around if you needed help or information Lovely to come back from a days touring in the heat to a small but clean swimming pool which was never crowded.

Nice hotel located a little bit higher in a quiet area, very friendly and helpful people, beautiful view on the lake, good swimming pool.... very relaxing to come back from the hectic tourism around the lake...

No criticism but eventually the hotel could use a little refurbishment...

We stayed here for one night, as a "base" for visiting the lake (with our rented car), and it was convenient and nice, with an excellent view of the lake. The hotel seems very nice, especially the gardens.
