The location of this hotel on a hillside overlooking lake Iseo is amazing. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony to enjoy them. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were brilliant... so hard working and efficient. We enjoyed breakfast and the meals in the restaurant were fabulous.

A small thing... a jug of milk on the breakfast table next to the cereals would be more convenient than asking for a jug of milk.

The location is heavenly, situated on a quiet hillside overlooking the length of the lake. The ambience was relaxed, friendly and attentive and the room (ours had a view) was comfortable and generous in size. As a family-run hotel (with the proprietors very much in attendance) the whole feel of the hotel was completely different from any chain hotel. It was carried along in the same vein by the staff who seemed to enjoy our stay as much as we did.

Very little, but if there were constructive criticisms, I'd say that the bathroom needed a little up-dating (it worked perfectly well, nonetheless). And, while I accept it is a 'romantic' hotel, a small exercise room or even the odd yoga class or two on the lawn overlooking the lake would add to the overall amenities no end.

Blissful location. Amazing views. Breakfast that makes you feel like you are in heaven. Great clean well appointed rooms. Staff professional and friendly. Just lovely!!!! So much want to go back RIGHT NOW!!!

Don’t like that it’s not closer to home!!!!!! 🥰 will have to return… Just note that the surrounding area may have seasonal restrictions on availability for facilities. Along with the hotel pool. But these are part and parcel for being up high in the lakes and mountain regions of Italy and the need for it to “heat up before being commercially viable” for done services!!!.🇮🇹

The view was spectacular! Room was clean, and swimming pool was amazing with pool side service. The breakfast spread was incredible! So many options with eggs cooked fresh. Receptionist helped us to get a booking at a nearby restaurant for dinner and also booked our taxi.

No internet access or movie streaming on the TV. Channels were mostly product sales and they don’t work properly - lots of glitching. No kettle with coffee/tea available in the room (unless requested) and you have to pay for the water.

Very nice place and everything in very good quality. Nice room with panorama view to the lake Iseo. Good parking facilities. Our dog needed to go to the vet.hospital. The receptionists were very nice, understanding and helpfull and found an open hospital in the middle of the night. They offered to assist if we had translation problems during. Great people, much appreciated. The dog is now well again :-)

The food in the restaurant could be better.

A truly beautiful property overlooking the lake! Our only trouble was not being able to get back and forth easily to the lake. We realize we needed a car!

Fantastic treat altogether, the view from the terrace and balcony over Lago d’Iseo is magical. The pool area and the breakfast - both the facilities and the food - top nodge! The staff very nice 👌

The hotel location is stunning, hotel architecture really beautiful and even though the interior design, is classic, old style, yet it feels very much as home. Relaxed atmosphere, with very welcoming staff! They went above and beyond to organize everything I asked them to!

The location and view of the lake was outstanding. We liked the restaurant, and breakfast was good with a good variety of choices.

It would be nice to gave coffee making facilities in the room.

The view is fantastic. That’s the reason we come again and again. The pool area is nice, but I still don’t understand why it’s only open at 10am

All good, but slowly the hotel needs the renovation Coffee could be better (especially in Italy)
