Nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast but the same food every day .

Basic rooms are lacking space and ambience. We were lucky that the hotel wasn’t fully booked and asked for upgrade to junior suit , which was very nice and comfortable .

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance into town where the weekend markets and eateries were superb. Dinner in the hotel was reasonably priced. Our room was clean with a balcony overlooking the gardens.

The hotel charged 10 Euros to park in their carpark. However, there was ample parking just outside the gates.

Lovely quiet hotel set in gardens and terrific swimming pools which we didn’t get to try. Located about a good 20 min walk to town. Staff exceptional. My husband and I both became unwell there and the staff , Barbara and Melinda in particular, went out of their way to help us with chemists and hospital.

Menu in restaurant not very appealing.

Good breakfast and 3-course dinner was very good, which made half board worth it. Access to a private part of the lake was really close 2-5min by foot. The hotel rooms were really clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking is right in front of the hotel!

The center of Iseo is a 10-15min walk! Not the most modern hotel, but clean and had all the necessary amenities and a rudimental balcony.

Love the location, pool, access to lido, good breakfast spread and beautiful hotel space.

For the price, at least complimentary bottled water could be provided. AC should have some ability to reduce temperature to at least 22degrees. The bathroom got flooded often during showers

Pool area great. Great choice at breakfast. AC rooms. Location close walk into town for restaurants and shops. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff helpful. Loved the wooden floors.

Room could do with modernising, perhaps walk in shower.

Beautiful location, looks onto mountains but very private Pool was stunning, breakfast had good variety and the outdoor setting was comfortable

The bathroom was slightly dated, pillows provided were flat. The information regarding accessing the pool was limited

staff were very nice and informative. room was very clean and great size. breakfast was tasty with many many choices - service at breakfast was also super! we loved the art in the dining room.
