Lovely quiet hotel. Ideal location for exploring Lake Iseo. Friendly staff and comfortable bed

Minor issue and not a negative point Power cut on last night which was restored next morning when breakfast lady arrived so presume it was probably a popped circuit breaker. When power went off I messaged the phone number for hotel ( as no one onsite) but i got no response. It wasn't a problem but it would of been nice to have a contact to find out what was happening

This hotel is an oasis of greenery and calm whilst being a close walk to the waterfront and all the activities on and around the lake. The staff are exceptional, especially Christina, who could not have been more kind and helpful. The facilities are excellent and everywhere was very clean. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The staff were super friendly, recommended places to eat dinner, and helped us with bags when it was pouring rain the morning we left. The rooms were perfect for a short stay for our family of 4, beds were comfy, and breakfast was good! The location is perfect.

The outdoor pool is tiny, but it's enough for a refreshing soak.

Top location. You could hardly hear anything from the street inside. Beautiful, very well-kept garden. The room was nicely furnished and always clean. The breakfast was prepared with love, but could have been a bit more varied. We received a very friendly welcome and were always treated with attention and cheerfulness.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful and polite , I couldn't park my vehicle anywhere so she let us use her garage for 10 euros. Good location , nice breakfast.

Was a little hard to find, but I've since updated Google location to suit the exact location of the wooden door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They booked us taxi, bicycles and visit to a wine tasting. The commodation was clean and the yard was beautiful. The location was great: close to the train station, supermarket, lake and city.

AT breakfast, we missed fruits and vegetables.

We loved Christina, a very friendly lady who would go above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed (including kiwis and a tasty breakfast!) and give some very useful information, thank you Christina!!

The pool is a small plunge pool, and one of the family rooms is accessed via a different building.

I loved the building & the vibe of the place .. on top of that amazing staff who made it fantastic experience

A small and intimate place with a lovely host. The location is quiet and very close to the center. The breakfast is basic, but the host's attitude is wonderful.
