Very nice and quiet place on the countryside and close to lake Iseo (10 minutes by car). Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Huge parking, great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff and wonderful terrasse for breakfast.

Rooms would benefit from a refreshment. Waiters kept forgetting what you ordered. Breakfast tables used to remain « as-is « for very, very long minutes after the customers left.

The hotel is located 5 minutes driving from lake Iseo, which we could see from the balcony of our room. Restaurant is excelent, and the price is absolutely in line with the level of its service. Room was comfortable, very clean. Staff was very kind.

The hotel is bit old, but it is well kept and very clean. Some events were taking place during our stay, but they did not interfere at all with our experience. The shower could be better, but it's just a small detail in an overall very positive stay.

I like the stile on the Hotel and the garden. The breakfest was also nice.

It was hard to get a taxi or rent a car near the hotel. I think the hotel should have a solution for this, so the guests can travel more easily. It's not ideal if guests arriving from the airport by taxi aren't able to get around and explore the area as they wish during their vacation.

Very good buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was no way we could grab a bite on the premises when we got there, so we had to drive to the nearest village. The overall impression is that our room, although very spacious and comfy, needs a little refurbishing, but all things considered, we'd love to go back for a longer stay!

The ambience of the hotel is really nice, quiet located, and parking is really not a problem. if you want to be in Iseo you have to go with the car. The rooms are a bit outdated, but ok.

Can't recommend the restaurant, it is not really matching with the rest of the hotel (quality, price). Inattentive, incompetent service (they told us warm white wine tastes better, on the bottle it was written recomended temperature 10-12°C), well the bottle was not in the fridge, what a low brainer.

This is an absolutely wonderful and peaceful place with lots and lots of charm!! I can only recommend to spend some time there and enjoy the atmosphere and the great food. Absolutely great value for the price and the staff is very helpful.

Nothing - this place is nothing but perfect!

A very stylish place. Great rooms with a good smell. This is very important to me! Probably because the floor is parquet, not carpet. Very large and spacious bathroom. The bathtub itself is cast iron and with the right water intake and it's gorgeous!

Beautiful setting with a wonderful restaurant. The staff was super friendly. Location is perfect for visits to the Iseo lake and all the lovely wineries and villages nearby.

The room is outdated. The bathroom needs attention or at least an upgrade. Also the A/C in the room did not cool down enough and it was “just” 25-27 degrees outside.

Great place to recover from travel and business. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Good breakfasts and great evening meals in the restaurant. Nice park to walk in. Plenty of parking.

very distant location, so it is rather can be served as a base camp - without car not much things to do.. but place overall is a real mansion! :) super attentive staff, great breakfast, amazing dinner and great feeling of dolce vita! :)

some rooms might need renovation, so a bit old-fasioned.. but did not have any problem at all
