The hotel was very nicely kept and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Very good service. Breakfast was good too. We were also able to check out late which was very convenient for us. Overall very happy with the experience at Novotel.

Hotel is beautiful and well located, facilities are clean and cosy, we didn't use the swimming pool as we were away knowing new places but we wanted to use it, food is super good and breakfast is complete with varied options. The staff from the restaurant ans bar were super friendly and efficient!

Overall we like the place, one thing is that the shampoo and body soap was not filled ans we asked many times for this, instead we were given with small bottles of shampoo and body wash. Also we left tip for housekeeping and a note for them to pick up a empty pizza box and it wasn't picked up either of them. We also requested water and was not put in our room.

Very comfortable rooms with everything we needed. We stayed as a family and were given a double and twin next to each other. The swimming pool and outdoor bar area was lovely and much needed on a hot July day. There was a lifeguard on duty and towels available to rent. We paid for breakfast on one of the mornings and there was a good variety of foods and easy self service. There is parking available in a gated area (secured overnight) or an underground garage if full security is required (at an extra cost of €10 per night. There is a large supermarket across the road.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Brescia (old town). On a hot day it feels quite far. Taxis are available but we chose to walk. There is a very small gym (1 treadmill, 1 bike) and the room has air con but it is still very hot to exercise.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city, with lots of parking available (free or at extra charge) and also shops available nearby. The personnel is very helpful and welcoming.

We liked the property and did not have major issues. The only thing I would point out is that the pool is small and with limited number of sun-beds (it is more a business style hotel, with this facility available). Also some furniture pieces in the room were visibly deteriorated, which for 4* hotel is something unusual. However these were not details that affected our stay.

The room I stayed in was clean and of an appropriate size for my needs. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check-out procedures were swift and straightforward, which I especially appreciated. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options available, and we were particularly delighted to have access to real coffee, which is not always the case in some hotels.

Firstly, I wasn't particularly pleased with the initial odor in the room. However, after opening the window, the situation improved significantly. One notable downside was the visible damage to the furniture in the room. This was somewhat disappointing, as it gave the impression of a lack of maintenance. There were no slippers in the room, which I missed greatly.

Lots to like, but the staff were the highlight, every one extremely friendly and pleasant, across every department and position, and also extremely attentive towards children, really made the kids feel welcome and comfortable. The staff really make it a great place for a family to base themselves while visiting the surrounding areas.

There was nothing to actually complain about, but the breakfast was good, but not exceptional. However, it still provided a good start to the day.

Near the train station, there are 2 markets nect to the hotel (comad and italmark) and a small market 24h just 50metres away. Very close to the city centre. An excellent choice if you want to visit gardaland, Sirmione, Verona and Milan.

the room with two beds was poorly designed. instead of two equal beds, there was one big bed and another small one. this is a big mistake on the part of the hotel

Everything was very nice but I would like to point out the hospitality and warmth of the young lady from the reception. Well done! :)

There is nothing I disliked, but I would like to make a suggestion: - in the evening, the restaurant should set a mood for dinner with less light and good music…goes better with the wine🙂

The hotel in good place, very modern, lobby well desigbed, restaurant on ground floor justvafter entrance well suited. The staffs welcoming well.

Room a little small and the smell of perfume (good smell) in the room was strong, bathroom clean, without slippers. Breakfast good not 100% complete, but above 70%.
