I didn’t actually stay on the dates mentioned above as I booked the wrong dates. I stayed on the 19th to the 20th. I had some issues adjusting my booking but I cannot speak more highly of the kind man and lady on the reception that Saturday the 19th. I wish I could remember his name but the gentleman helping me went above and beyond and couldn’t have been kinder in assisting me to sort the problem after arriving having had transport issues getting to Brescia. The lady also very kind in making me feel I was less of a problem than I was! 😊 I extend my thanks once again to those two terrific staff members Hotel Master employs!

The hotel Is in the center and easy to find . There's a supermarket open until 21.00 . The breakfast was good and the staff really nice and ready to help. there's a free parking in the hotel and the rooms are really big. In the room there was a kettle for boiling water and coffee and tea and biscuits as welcoming treat.

Our room had a problem with the bidet that was blocked, but as soon as I said it to the reception they were fast to find a solution and call someone to fix it. The double bed had two mattresses so there was a gap in the middle. But other than that it was good.

The hotel is a short walk to the city center. The breakfast is good and offers a wide variety of food. The thing we enjoyed the most about the hotel was the staff. Anna was such a big help to us. We would have never made it to our next destination without her help. She was always kind and professional. Natalia was also very kind.

Location: cc 10 minutes walk from city center, bus station nearby to the hotel Parking: own, big parking space, within the hotel's territory. Closed with gates. Room: spacious, clean. Air conditioning was working properly. Breakfast: fresh fruits, various, good food. Automatic coffee machines, good coffee. Staff: polite, friendly.

Water: there was some issue with water temperature and pressure. There was always water in the bathroom, though the water's temperature was changing by unknown reason. Maybe it was only in our room and it's not something that ruined our stay.

I stayed there because of the pool but did not use it as it was a separate charge, and not just a few euro. It was an extra 20euro per use. That is way too expensive ! I was disappointed about this. Good accommodation apart from that.

I like the hotel ,the reception staff, and the cleaning they were very nice and did their job perfectly.

The breakfast was very poor quality and the restaurant staff were very stressed and did not smile.

Hotel has a parking space in the back. It is free of charge. Nice hotel and I styed for the first time. Beds ar good and the room is with airco. Breakfast is typical Italian so a lot of sweet things. The hotel is in walking distance of the town center.

everything was perfect from kind staffs and great facilities. Tio bad we didn't have much time to use the Spa which i think it's great

Breakfast wasn't that great but delicious thou,Limited choices for it's price.And King size bed's that they offer are just two small bed's connected together and that's a little bit of let downļ

Great location and the spa was fantastic we really enjoyed the whole experience would reccomend and will come back also they organised transfer for us which was another touch will reccomend to all

The king with the spa bath was a great option. Room was large and comfortable for us and our dog. 10 minute walk into town for dinner, parking easy and accessible.

Shame the actual spa is not included. Staff were a little slow to attend to request for assistance as they were only staffed with 1 receptionist. Prefer a test selection that is not all black teas.
