My wife and I stayed a couple nights here on our visit (mostly) to Lago d’Iseo, although staying adjacent to the vineyards where the Chardoney grapes are grown for Franciacorta is certainly a plus. Indeed, a now-fond memory is sitting exactly adjacent to the vines with a glass of the local wine in the evening. Well, this place is terrific for many reasons. Maybe the first reason is the incredibly welcoming attitude of the owners, Stephania and Enrico, who are eager to offer advice and help. But the clean and comfortable room is also excellent. Beware: it is necessary to be able to climb the stairs, but most people will not find that troublesome. Breakfast is top-notch. Both S&E contribute to baking many cakes, multiple kinds of fresh fruit (many homegrown), multiple cheeses, breads, and meat, etc.

La Terrazza sulle Vigne is a truly exceptional place to stay, with impeccably clean accommodations in a stunning location by Lake Iseo. We stayed as a group of four across two rooms and were thoroughly impressed. The hosts are incredibly dedicated, always available to assist with almost any need, and have excellent knowledge of the local community and activities, making them particularly helpful in planning your stay. The breakfast is simply outstanding, featuring a wide variety of fresh items from their garden, including fruits, vegetables, and eggs. New variety of delicious homemade cakes every morning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

What a lovely place to stay. You can find there everything what you need. We stayed in small room, but very good organised and equipped. Fridge, hair dryer, big mirror, wardrobe, AC, storage under the bed. The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast is breathtaking, all is prepared with passion and love. You can rent electric bikes for very good price. There is garden where guest can relax, parking place available. Owners are so lovely people, which will provide you everything you need, always a giving the best advice and available when needed. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you very much for all! We will for sure never forget this experience.

We had an unforgettable stay in northern Italy, spending four beautiful days at this wonderful location. Stefania and Enrico, our hosts, made our visit exceptionally pleasant with their attentive care and warm hospitality. Stefania was full of positive energy and provided us with valuable information about nearby attractions, ensuring we made the most of our time. The breakfast was fabulous, with Enrico crafting delicious omelettes and tarts, while Stefania baked sweets daily using fresh products from their garden. Our room was very nice, equipped with everything we needed. It was always kept impeccably clean and was serviced daily. The hosts paid great attention to small details, and the radio in the bathroom was a particularly pleasant surprise. We wished we could give a rating higher than 10. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful stay in a beautiful location. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Not the case.

The other reviews are spot on. The property and rooms were beautiful. The location is great for exploring Lake Iseo and Corte Franca. Above all, the people are what make this place special. Stefania, Enrico, and the rest of their family were wonderful. They were welcoming, open, kind, and lovely people, which is what you hope for when traveling. We really enjoyed just chatting with them while enjoying the amazing homemade breakfast treats they created. Also, they provided us with some excellent recommendations on meal options. Wish we could have spent more time there. Don't hesitate to book it.

The hospitality of Stefania was second to none. The people there make one feel like at home, give one a warm welcome and several recommendations and tips about the area. The room facilities are top notch and one can even ask to switch their pillows if another type helps them feel comfortable during the sleep. Moreover, there is a great breakfast with all homemade bread, dairy, condiments, tarts, cakes to even their own produce of fruit, veg and pickled condiments. If one believes they deserve this level of hospitality, then do not hesitate, get there sooner rather than later!!

Super comfy bed, friendly and welcoming hosts, large towels, extremely clean (I could walk barefeet), great breakfast. The room had everything you could ask for (tea and coffee facilities, a mini-fridge, sewing kit, slippers, soap, shampoo). As I am on the large side, the towels were great and the memory-foam mattress a plus. I booked on the day of arrival and despite this, Stefania and Enrico were only friendly and welcoming. They even made the sofa bed for my daughter. Wish I could have stayed longer!

What a wonderful experience - it was sooo good we changed our trip itinerary so we could stay longer! Let's start with the people, Stefania and Enrico (and their lovely family) are soo friendly and kind - we immediately felt welcome and pampered. They were super helpful with suggestions and information about the area too. The B&B itself, the breakfast first - it was too good (that is from my waistline) - around 5 freshly baked, homemade cakes/treats every morning as well as: fruits, cereals, bacon and eggs, hams, cheeses, fresh bread, vegan and vegetarian options as well as a selection of teas and fresh coffees - it is far superior to many of the 5 star places we have stayed! The rooms are warm and comfortable, super clean, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, good shower and bathroom with bidet. The views of the tree covered hillside are wonderful too. The area is lovely, peaceful but with plenty nearby to do and some beautiful nature walks especially around the lake. I have no complaints and will be back, this is a special place run by special people 🙂

Great hospitality by Stefania, Enrico and their family, no effort was too big f.e. we arrived with wet camping gear and they insisted to dry every piece in their house. We enjoyed our stay and they gave excellent tips for activities (hiking, cycling, dining, wine tasting,...): this region is full of great places to spend an active and/or relaxing holiday. The garden is a peaceful space to relax (next to the wine yards) and grows fresh fruits for the very extended breakfast: every day delicious cakes, breads and omelets are prepared. The rooms are spacious, have a good bathroom, and have comfortable beds (you can even choose the pillow). The room service is even done multiple times a day, with an eye for detail. You feel these people found their passion in taking care of you, would highly recommend!

When we arrived we had a very warm welcome from Stefania and Enrico (the hosts). You will: 1. be treated as a close friend (rather than a stranger). 2. be given a lot of information about the area and things you can do. 3. eat a fabulous breakfast with homemade breakfast + a selection of fresh home made cake. 4. near lake Iseo, 30mins away from Brescia and Bergamo airport

That we stayed only for one night. We enjoyed our stay.
