Breakfast on the patio overlooking the lake. Charming property. The pool. The lounge areas of the hotel. Free parking. Helpfulness of staff.

Small hotel lacking in character and atmosphere. Lack of information provided by the hotel about the hotel itself and the location. Very unclear what dining was available beyond breakfast. Minimal cleaning of room, floors were vacuumed but not washed. Breakfast a little unimaginative and lacking fresh juice, wanting to charge 5euro for freshly squeezed orange. Bathroom was a bit tired and in need of some maintenance.

The main advantage of this hotel is silence, view and city. The service and staff are simply top notch. They helped us with excursions, advice, and taxis. The restaurant is small, very delicious, but the menu is limited.

The main disappointment is the number(((( I don’t understand on what basis they were given the numbers. The room is a former hotel service room. The entrance was through the restaurant?!?!? and we, in a swimsuit, went out into the pool through the restaurant's visitors. The window in her daughter’s room looked out onto the restaurant hall and she could not sleep while the guests were eating, talking and listening to music. The partition between our bedroom and our daughter’s is just a plastic curtain glued with adhesive tape.

Lovely comfortable hotel with amazing views over the lake. Spacious rooms, although our bathroom needed an upgrade. Pool with sun beds is gorgeous-again with great views! Food is delicious, carefully prepared and beautifully served. We had lunch there on the sunny terrace with our guests & the staff prepared little extras that were not on the menu! The staff were always attentive and helpful-in fact when we arrived at the train station, looking for a taxi to the hotel, one of their staff collected us & our luggage and did the same when we left! Fantastic service!

Beautiful hotel, with a great location, and amazing views. Great Atmosphere and stunning views. The staff were exceptional - very friendly. The manager gave us complimentary champagne for my husbands birthday.

Breakfast was okay, I expected more. As by the time we went for breakfast not much hot food was there. Which was disappointing, as we were looking forward to having some hot food.

Everything from facilities, sevices, and to the location. Particularly, all staffs were helping us at the best to have my wife in peaceful state as she was at her beginning stage of her pregnancy, including changing the room to the ground floor right next to the lobby so she didn't have to walk up and down. The breakfast was fabulous, where you can make a 100% pure-squeezed orange juice. The great view of Lago di Iseo appears at the moment you come out of the front door of the hotel. If you have car, I strongly recommend this place.

We originally planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying four nights. Villa Kinzica is a charming, country house-like hotel right by Lago d’Iseo, perfectly located for short walks and long hikes in the mountains. Our spaceous well-equipped room was the perfect hideaway for a few amazing days. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the hotel just has a lovely, cozy vibe. We’ll be back!

WiFi was a bit spotty in our room. Not many healthy options at breakfast (but the cakes were amazing!)

Main areas very pretty and comfortable (pool, patio). Enjoyed dinner, drinks and morning coffee on the front terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Nice breakfast with good selection and excellent coffee appreciated the towels and basket to take to the pool very clean

wifi didnt work in the rooms, needed to go out to the common area bathrooms very dated - needing some remodelling and updating

Very nice location, great views on the lake. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the best was the team working there they went well above and beyond what could be expected. The garden around the hotel is lovely and relaxing.

As always the staff are exceptional and charming. Breakfast great. Good atmosphere. I can think of nothing negative. I have stayed many times over the last 15 years and never been disappointed.
