I like the location, very close to both train station and the city. Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The room was a bit so/so. It worked fine, but if the toilet door was open you couldn’t open the door to the room. This was the case when I arrived and I tripped down the small stair to the room. All in all ok though, I definitely got what I paid for.

The hotel staff was very hospitable. The location was excellent - all important places were easily accessible on foot. This, of course, meant that sounds from the street could be heard in the hotel room at night. The room was clean, quite decent and met all the needs. There was a choice of breakfast and it was delicious and filling. I would choose this place if I travelled to Brescia again.

This is a very interesting little hotel, decorated in style, lots of plants everywhere, artwork on the walls and with comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast room is lovely as well and has a good selection on offer.

The air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, but everything else was perfect.

56 steps to the 3rd floor; 9inch step across the room; 2 tiles missing in bathroom; paint peeling off the ceiling and Formica missing off the bed end; when will they learn to do a little maintenance?

Perfect location between the station and the city center, and nice, clean place to stay. We liked the breakfast, it was very good compared to the price. I would choose this place if I travelled to Brescia again. Nice, helpful personnel.

Bed wasn't the perfect one for me, but managed to sleep ok.

A perfect place to stay for a few days. About 10 minutes walk from the train station and another 5 from the city centre. Local restaurants around and lovely architecture. Huge, clean and very comfortable bedroom with bed suitable even for 2m tall person. I had to work a bit, so the desk was very nice to have. Breakfast was tasty and enough to fill my hungry belly. Every single member of staff was super friendly and helpful.

The shower curtain was way too big. It clogged the drain and caused water splashing all over the bathroom. Easy fix and not really inconvenient for the guests, but probably for cleaning staff.

I liked that we got breakfast prepared the day before and delivered to our rooms. Great with a fridge.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and I woke up a couple of times during the night. The toilet seat was not possible to have in upright position. It fell down. The water pipes were mixed up between hot and cold. The stairway is not a separate firecell in case of fire.

The staff are very kind, location is excellent, everything is clean, interior is nice. We stayed for one night and most important for us was to be near the city center.

Third bad was as extra bad so not completely comfortable.

Room was big and airy, with lots of natural sunlight. The staff was very friendly and spoke English as well. The location is excellent. The bed was very comfy.

The wifi was very slow. Some amenities could have been better. There was no soap/body wash.
