A great option at the foot of Lago d'Iseo. The large and popular restaurant downstairs has 4 rooms, all accessible via a key safe. Our deluxe double was on the top (2nd) floor, overlooking the garden area and it was large and very comfortable. We were slightly concerned after reading some reviews about the noise from the live music, but everything was fine on the Sunday night that we stayed. The excellent band had finished by 22:30, so there was no problem for us, although it was very thoughtful to provide ear plugs in case anyone wanted to go to bed particularly early. As residents, it was also good to receive a 10% discount on our restaurant bill. Free parking is available in the adjacent car park, and breakfast is provided at one of four local places - you are given a coupon for this.

What a wonderful surprise this accommodation turned out to be. A super smart concept—very cozy and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was unbeatable. As guests staying in the room, we even received 10% off our bill. On top of that, we're absolutely certain that in all ten days of our holiday in Lombardy, we didn’t find better pizza or red wine anywhere else. Breakfast was included and served in several charming local restaurants nearby, which truly felt like the cherry on top of the cake for this trip :) Thank you!

we liked everything about this place

We loved the location and being in Paratico. There are a few old railway buildings which remain here, given a new lease of life. The renovation of this one has been well thought out and works perfectly. We enjoyed visiting a neighbouring cafe for a welcoming breakfast - the system of tokens works well. Also a supermarket close by up a small hill was very handy.

Beautifully renovated old railway building providing very comfortable, high standard accommodation. A few minutes walk to the waters of Lake Iseo, it is ideally located in a quiet area with free parking next door. The contemporary and chic interior of the restaurant below with well trained, friendly staff and excellent food and wine choices, made for a superb evening.. This place is a gem, and we wished we were staying for longer.

Accommodation is upstairs, which was not a problem for us

Location, parking, facility, check-in, check-out procedures are very convenient. Staff is very hospitable and ready to answer any questions (be ready to communicate over WhatsApp). No traditional Reception Desk and Staff.

Breakfast is very poor - coffee + juice + croissant, as staff said this is "Italian breakfast". Be ready - the breakfast is served in the nearest cafe, outside of the hotel. The nearest one is just 3 mins by food.

Fantastic rooms, well equipped but would need an iron and board for travellers. Good location, very modern, contemporary interior, train station restoration is excellent. Amazing cafe next door ‘Boheme’. Cleaning lady was amazing, helpful and kind.

Accommodation was great, we ate in the restaurant, beautiful interior, great menu, location and setting stunning but the staff in the restaurant were abrupt, unfriendly and had no time for people who were not Italian or came from the area. I’m not sure if accommodation and restaurant are linked but I would say we were disappointed by the staff in the restaurant. Never asked if we were ok or needed something. We had to go up to the bar to ask for more drinks as staff never came near our table.

The location, the stuff, and the building were fantastic. The place has a restaurant where as guests you have a discount, and at night you can grab a drink as well. It was very cosy and beautiful, as if you travelled back in times!

There should be an extra trash bin in the room, we only had one small one in the bathroom for 5 people but it's not a big problem :)

Staff friendly and helpful, lovely spacious room, beautiful restaurant and outdoor area, great choice for breakfast in locations nearby, we chose Bohem just opposite side of street, it's also fabulous! Big shout out to Augustine and Emma for their wonderful hospitality 😊

What can I say, this was an excellent property! What I thought was a room, was a small apartment, the staff we super helpful, the location was excellent and the restaurant did the best pizza I've ever had!

Location and setting of the accomodation, lovely garden. Air conditioning was great as it had been on for our arrival so made the rooms very cool. Spacious 2 rooms, comfortable beds. Easy walk to town and great restaurant downstairs. Free parking, wish we could have stayed longer
