The staff was the best I ever found in a hotel. Ugo and his wife were so kind and gentle. They were always ready to help and always with a wonderful smile. The location was just perfect to visit Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi and the surroundings. The room was very comfortable, renewed and sparkling clean. The breakfast was like a real Italian homemade meal. I really suggest you use the internal terrace which brings a special touch to the morning.

To be honest very difficult to find something to improve… maybe just the fact that in the mini-bar we found only 2 small water bottles. However as soon as requested we got another large bottle (free of charge!)

We loved everything about this hotel: the decor was beautiful, the staff were super helpful & friendly, the breakfast was utterly divine, the mattress was just the right combination of soft & firm, and the room was completely soundproof when the windows were closed. The owners were charming, dignified and so kind - Noemi even took us to the train station when we left.

I stayed at Art Hotel Prietasanta with my family, and we were so happy with everything: The room was beautiful with two balconies and kitchen facilities and room enough for two adults and two children (11 and 7 years old). The staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious and parking facilities were great. Shopping streets are close by with lots of great restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a family trip -especially those travelling by car.

Family run Hotel offering exquisite hospitality. Everything was of quality. Courteous service. Quiet location, yet central with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Train /bus station reachable in 10 minutes walking. Breakfast was various and abundant. I felt there was a genuine effort to please the guests and to make they feeling at home.

Very nice breakfast with good coffee, different kinds of bread, fruit, juice, eggs, cheese, prociutto, homemade cakes and always great personal service. It's a perfect place to explore the beautiful town of Pietrasanta. You can also rent a bike and go to the beach in Marina di Pietrasanta. If you love art there are also plenty of books about marble art to read and be inspired of. This is a hotel I would recommend to everyone. I will return!

Super location only a few minutes walk to the town square and the train station. Excellent breakfast with a great choice of temptations which can be enjoyed indoors or out in the small courtyard filled with lots of greenery. Bicycles are available to hire which were a great way to get to the Marina Pietrasanta/ Forte Dei Marmi etc. The hotel owners and staff are very friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Superb welcome by the owner who could not have been more helpful. A really superb breakfast freshly cooked to order - better than in many five-star hotels. A very pretty town only five minutes walk away that offers a huge selection of good restaurants.

You are treated better than just a guest, you become part of a family. Breakfast includes a variety on the Buffet. Plus they will cook omelettes or other breakfast items for you. Everything is clean, modern comfortable and luxurious. They have bicycles that are the best way to get around.

The hotel and staff are utterly charming! I was welcomed enthusiastically and given a great cappuccino and biscuit while I checked in (early). The owners and staff could not be more helpful, friendly and engaging. I felt welcomed every time I walked in the door of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with lovely bread and croissants, home made cakes and good coffee. This is how you run a hotel if you want your customers to return.

The homeliness of this small hotel and the friendliness of its managers and staff is refreshing. It is centrally located with parking as an added bonus. The variety of cakes at breakfast was delightful and it is definitely a place to return to.

I did not appreciate the 2 flights of stairs, but then help with the cases was forthcoming. :)
