the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. she arranged parking for us and lent me a kettle so I could have have a cup of tea in my room. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony which sadly we didn't get to use as it was raining. The breakfast was good and included egg and bacon. It was located an short walk from the beachfront. Good value.

unfortunately the only drawback was that there was poor sound proofing. We could clearly hear the conversations of the people in the room above us. It was fine once they had gone to sleep however..

Very clean hotel, Great location, Kind staff, especially at the reception they are very helpful. Very nice restaurant near by Ristorante dal Pascia, I highly recommended, the food is great. When going to the beach make sure you leave your valuables at the hotel or beach locker or with the lifeguards.

The hotel is quite nice, stuff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning lady is very nice, cleaning is daily, changing towels as well. Breakfast is good, pretty basic but have choice. Love that there is a balcony and a table for work.

There is no luggage room, however, we were allowed to leave it by the reception. There are no free beaches in 1.5 km area.

The room would need some refurbishing (doors mainly), but the bed was absolutely comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and just about the right size. Best of all: location, and friendly staff.

Everything was fine. I would Improve breakfast serving more homemade products to move from good to very good/excellent, but I wouldn't consider this a complaint. For a three -star hotel it is fine the way it is.

A clean and comfortable hotel with exceptionally attentive staff. The location is very good - just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

Great location, we walked easily to the train station. The main seafront close by. Staff were very friendly especially on the front desk. We left an item behind in our room when we flew back to UK. They were very helpful as we arranged a courier pick up.

Beautiful, clean, fresh smelling room. Comfortable bed, good size balcony. Powerful shower. Comfortable chair, plenty of wardrobe space. Mini fridge with assorted drinks available. Close to the shops and beach... and marina. Good varied breakfast, fruit juice on tap, lovely dining area. Friendly welcome and able to get in our room early... bonus!

No kettle in my room... a must for an English tea drinker!!! And iron would be a good idea too.

The staff was very helpful, location was great, parking was available close by, and paid at the reception, rooms were clean and nice. All in all, great stay

Breakfast can be improved a bit to include more vegetables, but still, it was quite good.

Very nice staff and good food at breakfast and dinner. Big and clean room and nice cleaning staff.balcony is good.Beach is very near. You can reach Pisa, Florence or Cinque Terre from the trainstation by train.

Only one thing the room was a little bit noisy in the morning, because the balcony was opened to the main road.

The bins in the street are emptied at 3am (approximately) every morning and it sounds like they are in the room. There was only one power socket in the room and it was hard to access
