Very nice people and lovely staff. Very helpful. The room was equipped with a ventilator because it was difficult to put Air conditionner. The bathroom was very nice. Very close location to the beach and the central station. They can give you a 10% discount on one of the beach bagnos in collaboration with them, for the umbrella and sunbeds.

The breakfast was limited. I would have loved to have cheese and ham or eggs.( Salty stuff). The coffee was good and the cakes and fruits were so tasty. My room was so close to the breakfast area but it was not noisy.

Great breakfast with homemade cakes that you can eat in the garden, super nice staff (and three cute little dogs), comfortable room with a TV, and above all great great location - you can't be closer to the beaches of Viareggio. I had a great time and wish I stayed longer !

The location was amazing! You wake up a 5 minute walk from the beach. It is a short walk from the train station. The room is incredibly nice and clean. The bathroom has everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee better then anything I have ever had in the US. My plans changed a the very last minute and so I had to do a late check in. Monica was incredibly sweet and said it was no problem at all. Their kindness and generosity will make you want to stay forever. Grazie per tutto - e stato davvero un piacere a conoscervi

Nothing- it was absolutely prefect

Lovely location on a quiet street, opposite an amazing pizzeria. The room was comfortable and had its own outdoor seating area. The hosts were really friendly and breakfast with homemade pastries was delicious.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Best stay in Viareggio! Everything was great!

The accommodation is really overpriced - the room needs some basic renovation as it feels really gloomy and not cosy. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were only sweet things. I believe it is not a big problem to add an egg with a sandwich, especially for the price that you are paying.

Close location to the embankment, but all beaches are paid

The room was very cramped. The bed is designed for 1 person, because it was the size of 1.5, for two it should be King size. Towels and bed linen were very old. The towels were gray, it was unpleasant to touch them. The bedding is also very old, all the linen is of different colors. There were 4 pillows, all different sizes and rock hard. There was no closet in the room, only a small dressing room, one hospital bedside table, a small coffee table and an iron chair. The air conditioner is very loud, as if a plane is taking off, and the toilet is just as loud. The plumbing was broken, the tank was leaking. These apartments are managed by two women, only one speaks English, very unfriendly, you had to ask about everything, she didn't show anything, the description said: that the kitchen is shared: but there was no access to it. No kettle, no coffee maker, only one refrigerator in the corridor for all guests. In the end, she demanded from us to pay for parking the car at night, because during the day we drove to the beach and paid there. This is very surprising, because parking at night is free. Also demanded to pay more money than was indicated on the booking! Terrible impressions! Apparently, the previous good comments were written by their friends. I am attaching photos.
