Great service and large apartments. Location is very central and close to the beach, the reception was also able to recommend pet friendly beach clubs. Rooftop was amazing. Easy check-in/check-out and they are also to help with parking.

The rooms are not cleaned daily, which is fine since it’s an apartment. But being close to the beach, a broom in the room would be appreciated to take care of all the sand. Also we were hoping for an open kitchen-plan with livingroom. Now it felt like a lot of small rooms and we therefore spent more time in the bedroom than the living room.

The place was pristine! Very modern and well equipped too. Great size studio room with kitchen area & complimentary waters, coffees & oils. In addition a great solarium, hot tubs & view! The person who helped me check in was very pleasant, helpful & professional. No noise from the street either, even though I was on ground level with a full window. The access to the room was very modern & the person who was assisting with the house keeping was friendly too. I felt like I made a great choice to stay here & would have no hesitation to recommend.

Very little but if there was one thing, it was when a neighbouring guest entered next door, the wall reverberated when they closed their door, it was fine but if there were disruptive neighbours that would be more challenging.

The cleanliness was exceptional. We arrived early and the room was available which was hugely appreciated. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous. Beds very comfortable.

We asked for the umbrellas to be opened on the terrace but this was deemed impossible as they were new?! No vending machine? Stated in booking but couldn’t find one? Would have used for water etc.

The location of the apartments was ideal, as the distance to the beach was a short walk. There are multiple shopping options in walking-distance, as well as restaurants and bakeries. Despite the facility just opening in June, the staff is extraordinary and a delight to interact with. Each person we had contact with was very professional and kind. The staff speaks impeccable english, so communication is no problem at all. They were able to accommodate any of our requests, including parking for our car and access to one of their affiliated beach clubs. The apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen stocked with anything you may need during your stay to prepare a breakfast or cook a delicious meal. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept it nice and cool during the day.

Nothing particular to point out, as everything was in order all of the time. Kudos to that.

The hotel is newly refurbished and kept in perfect condition. The studio room was spacious and comfortable, with all needed for cooking meals and work from the room. The view from the roof terrace was spectacular. Walking distance from the train station.

Nothing really. The WiFi briefly disconnected sometimes but nothing major.

The management (Giacomo) is friendly and efficient, checking in is a breeze. Local parking ticket was arranged by management which was helpful. The property is well kept, modern, clean and all together a pleasant place. The rooftop has a great terrace with loungers and two jacuzzi’s, all in good condition. The beach is a 50m walk with lots of restaurants and clothes shopping options. Highly recommended.

Having a suite was an added bonus as able to make a drink or snack in our room. Staff very helpful. Good location, one road back from main area. Easily walk from Station. Rooms clean and spacious. Good to have a seperate area to sit. Laundry can in handy. Roof top terrace would be good in Summer.

A cut above other similarly priced options in Viareggio. Smart central apartments. Clean and modern. Helpful professional staff. Lovely roof terrace. Complementary breakfast on Sunday morning was a welcome plus. Delicious ice cream only a few metres away.

Nothing. In Viareggio in the summer time it is weirdly difficult to see the sea because of private beaches occupying the sea front. But that is not the fault of the hotel.

Self catered apartment in a fantastic location, close to the centre, the beach and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the apartment was exceptionally clean. Reception was open from 8:30am to 7:30pm, which for our stay was sufficient

Excellent quality of the room. Spacious, modern, very clean, fully functional with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. Plenty of space for storage.

Not much. The view from the window was not amazing, but it did not matter. Seaview promenade within a minute walking distance.
