Superb location and views from the balcony were very special. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Handy to have a mini bar with space in the fridge for a couple more items. The balcony was the outstanding feature. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Generous times too as can have breakfast from 7:30am - 11am. Hotel is clean with nice facilities. Location is great, directly facing the beach. Short walk to the harbour. Hotel is not far from the train station. I walked from the station to the hotel on arrival which took around twenty minutes. On departute, took a taxi and was at the station in five minutes.

Single room was small which is to be expected but not much space when you have a suitcase and bag.

Rooms were perfect. We had a room with a little balcony overlooking the sea and the main street. Perfect for watching the sunset. Double glazing, so no noise can be heard from the street and awesome shutters which block out all the light. The bed was memory foam mattress which I absolutely loved and slept like a baby! Breakfast was fantastic with fresh cakes, croissants, bacon, eggs, cheeses and the most delicious ham! The staff slat the restaurant were incredibly friendly!

The coffee machine, although a great and welcome addition was very hard to use and on the second day it didnt work. More than 2 pods would be perfect next time

The hotel is very well located across from the sea, it has an imposing, bright building where you feel good from the moment you enter. There is a nice garden for the breakfast, which was excellent, and two more terraces at different levels. Everything is spacious, confortable and very clean and the staff showed special attention to the guests. Compliments to the manager !

We arrived for the carnival. The location is perfect for this purpose, within the carnival circle, i.e. you do not need to buy a ticket to enter. Our room was facing the street (with a sea view), so you could watch the parade from the terrace - but it is better to participate :) The staff is very friendly, the cappuccino is great as well as the breakfast - you can try a wide range of Italian cakes.

The property was clean and also located very well. The staff was always nice and helpful although the front desk seemed to be tensed on the peer level. The location of the property was excellent, we just needed to go through street to get to the beach. Also, the view of the mountains from the sea was delightful.

Parking in Viareggio is generally a tough thing to do, even if the hotel proposed a ticket 5 EUR / Day to park on the street it was really hard finding a spot. The Beach spot has to be paid additionally on top of the stay and it has no clear prices. (Paid outside of the hotel). We paid 25 EUR / Day - which was apparently a price after “rebate” from the hotel that was applied upon showing card that looked like a business card (No information on the rebate itself specified). I would suggest making this more transparent.

Our room was for disables but we were not informed about it before our trip. Just public parking possibility and our car was broken into at the busstation (150m far from the hotel). But after this issue with the support of the hotel sraff we could rent a garage.

Breakfast was good, wide choice and variety. Long duration of its availability was good as well. Location was ideal - on the main seafront, close to bars and restaurants. The room was a little small. It smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived. Reception staff were excellent, very helpful.

It was our 35th anniversary and I asked for a bouquet in the room on arrival. They were lovely and my wife was delighted. The breakfast staff were lovely. as were the reception staff. I would go again.

The windows dont have mosquito nets. My room and the hotel in general was invaded by them and respectively I didnt sleep much... I hope they do something about it. Its not so expensive to install them on every window

Friendly welcoming staff who were always on hand to help. Spotlessly clean. Great choice at breakfast with plenty to go round

The only criticism was the position of the toilet in our bathroom, very little room as it is almost tucked under the sink. I would do away with the bidet!
