This is a family run hotel and the moment you stepped in, you felt the warmth and joy there. Very close to the beach and palm tree- lined walk by the beach, yet also central to the city. Great restaurants (but the little restaurant in the hotel is yummy too!), parks, and of course the beach are so close to this charming hotel! The owners Christina and Lucca were super kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, including arranging Carnevale tickets for us, restaurant suggestions, etc,,. The hotel is a cheerful turquoise sea-themed hotel, and white washed and fresh. Wrought iron and marble, sweetly decorated with cheerful flowers and seashells. The rooms and shower may be petite but well designed, and the room has all you need to be comfortable. We slept very well in the comfortable beds and the breakfast was wonderful too. Great for couples, young adults and families alike. We loved our stay here!

The people were absolutely gorgeous. A really lovely family. They went out of their way to help us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it did have an ensuite. Breakfast was lovely in the garden outside. And the area around the Hotel was beautiful and felt very safe.

The room was very basic - and small and personally I found the beach very crowed with umbrellas as far as the eye can see. But that has nothing to do with the lovely little Hotel.

Convenient location to train and bus stop and beach area. Quaint and charming older style hotel. It has no lift but owner had someone to help carry our bags to our room. Very neat and clean in bedroom. Lovely balcony with old style shutter doors. AC worked very well. Breakfast was a delicious mix of cheeses, meats, and pastries, yogurt, cereals. Cappuccino, tea, of coffee americano. Staff was great. Spoke very little English but we managed. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Two things to consider. 1. Stairs with no lift. So I less you get bottom floor room, you will be climbing stairs. 2. This is older hotel that has been updated. Bathrooms are very small.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The welcome drink on arrival was an appreciated gesture. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean - the bathroom a standout for size, shower etc. Air conditioning worked well and it was nice to have the little balcony. The breakfast was excellent and it was nice to eat outside on the terrace. The location is residential and thus very quiet and peaceful.

This is a basic hotel, so do not expect luxuries or bedroom seating etc. However it is spotlessly clean and provides all essential items. The included breakfast (very reasonable addition to the base price) was satisfactory, but good value. We would certainly stay here again.

Amzing warm host, great location and easy to reach even if you travel with train. Cristiana is very, friendly smiling and trying to assist with evry need you might have during your stay! The place is for people that would prefer family atmosphere than luxury hotel.

The Hotel is quite cozy, just a 10 minutes walk from the train station and only 2 minutes from the beach (promenade). The hotel staff was very friendly! Breakfast was nice, the room clean and the bed really comfortable. I slept really well. The proximity to the beach promenade and the restaurants located there makes the hotel a perfect place to stay. There is nothing that I didn't like, just a small note: There is no separate, self-contained shower cubicle in the bathroom. The shower device is directly in the bathroom, so that the toilet, for example, gets wet when showering. Oh, and the toilet is so close to the wall that you might get a cold leg because your thigh touches the cold tiles. However, due to my numerous holidays in Asia, I am used to completely different bathrooms, so as I said, this is not really a negative factor and I would definitely choose the hotel again.

It is not possible to imagine a more welcoming hotel 5 star luxuries are of course very pleasant but impersonal. A stay here is something altogether different and unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in. Read the 5 star reviews, they’re all true! Cristiana and her family made this a truly special stay.

Great location, very welcoming and friendly staff, 15 min away from train station and very close to the beach. Breakfast was lovely in the garden. Room has high ceiling, great AC and very clean.

They were stingy with the mini toiletries and we never got fresh towels. Breakfast had limited options for vegetarians (no eggs, just pastries bread and fruit)

Very nice and cozy small family hotel with perfect location- few steps from the sea and 10mins walk from the train station. All family members who served us at the hotel were very lovely: granny made nice home-made-like Italian dinners and mum and son made perfect support at the reception and prepared for us perfect evening drinks. Thank you for welcoming us and for our patience with our small (and sometimes noisy) kids and evening talks:)
