Loved the friendliness of the staff and they were very helpful. Although there were quite a few quests, the hotel was always peaceful. Breakfast was the best we had in Tuscany. There was plenty of choice of fresh fruit and loads of cakes and various other items. The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach and only 20 minutes walk to the train station, which was easy journeys to Lucca and Pisa. It was also easy to get to and from Pisa airport by train. A tip for the beach is to use Carla, they were very helpful as we didn't want to pay €30 which included the swimming pool. We only wanted the beach, so they let us pay €20 for all-day beach or €10 for late afternoon.

There is nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel is great, just around the corner from the main strip and beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. We got a free welcome drink on arrival as well as a small social for guests with free drinks and pasta. We stayed in one of the loft rooms, which was clean and comfortable. I liked that the room had a multi-usb charger that came in handy! The hotel also has bike hires which were well priced and good to use. We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time here. Great value for money!

Not much we didn't like to be honest, probably the only thing was that the shower was a bit small, but not much the hotel can really do about it. The bathroom was nice though and modern.

Good location, 15 min walk to train station and around the corner to shops and grocery. They let you buy tickets for the beach at reception, the closest one is only 2 minutes walk. Large spread for breakfast, but get there early, or you have to wait a while for things to be replenished. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have events in the hotel on Friday nights, which I thought was nice. Nice area to relax out front as well as outdoor dining for breakfast.

Unfortunately, the room in the annex doesn't look like the photos online, it was a little dark and just not what I expected. Also infront of the door to the balcony was alot of sand which made me worried they didn't clean the floors, but thankfully they provide slippers. My bed was also rock hard, some people like this, but it was miserable for me.

Our main goal on our holiday in Viareggio was the carnival, so we chose a hotel near the beach. Hotel Tahiti is really just a short walk from the beach, opposite a large park and within walking distance of the train station, which is ideal if you want to go to Florence or visit Pisa. The hotel is very clean and cosy. The hotel staff is very friendly, nice and willing to give any tips and recommendations. The breakfasts were excellent and the welcome drink on arrival was a delight. There is absolutely nothing that could be faulted. We had everything we could have wished for from our stay in Viareggio. We will definitely be back soon!

Great location, lovely staff and really generous with drinks and food! Each time we ordered a spritz (which were only 5 euros!) we got loads of snacks with it. The Mexican night was also a lovely touch with homemade tacos and cocktails.

The breakfast choices were a little limited and often certain things (like the crepes and pancakes) ran out quickly

An exceptional experience! Adriana's warm welcome at this hotel set the tone, and we're particularly appreciative of Ksenia and Andrea for their flexibility and assistance. Our room was meticulously equipped with all essentials, including slippers and a dental kit. The bed provided exceptional comfort, and the bathroom facilities were flawless. Fabrizio's attentive care and delightful humor made our stay feel even more like home. The breakfast presented a lavish and delicious array of choices. There's no doubt that we'll be returning very soon to this marvelous place. Alla prossima :)

Adriana was very friendly and accommodated us with refreshments while waiting for the room. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean. Location close to the beach and the city center of Viareggio. Great vicinity with a big park. Nice restaurants around. Definitely a place to recommend! Awesome, varied breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The proximity to the sea, the exceptional staff, impeccable service, and clean rooms made my experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to assist set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel's location near the sea was a dream come true. Within a short walk, I found myself enjoying the soothing sounds of the waves and feeling the gentle sea breeze on my face. It was an absolute delight to have such easy access to the beach, making my vacation truly relaxing and rejuvenating.

Very well placed, close to the beach and to everything in Viareggio. Very clean and the best staff I’ve seen in a hotel. Grazie a tutti! Extra bonus points for the terrace outside where you can hang out for a beer, wine or whatever from the bar, even late in the evening (Grazie Fabrizio! )

There’s no such thing

Location was great. Very clean, friendly staff, lovely room and big bed. Nice choice for breakfast food. Felt authentic and Italian in its decor which I liked.

Bit tricky with check in and check out as staff barely spoke english, will definitely learn more Italian for my next trip. No hotel information in my room, not even about the WiFi. Had to go to reception to ask. No hangers in my wardrobe. Only stayed a couple of days so didn't mind too much. living out of my suitcase.
