Hosts very friendly and informative. Nice location , near the carnival, city centre and the beach. Also , very close to train station.

The shower as wet room . The bathroom is small and the shower is on the middle and everything gets wet when you have a shower and when step out you risk to bring the water everywhere in the room.

The location is great, just a few blocks away from the beach. The owners are really nice, and offer discounts on near restaurants and beaches.

Our bathroom didn’t have a shower receptacle, so each time you took a shower you had to dry the floor.

The breakfast was adequate, typically Italian with brioche, toast, fruit, ham, cheese and eggs. Suited my husband and I perfectly.. Nothing too much for the owners.

The soundproofing in hotel isn't great, but to be expected as an old building. The bathroom wasn't great as it was a wet room. The hotel is basic, but location is perfect being very near beach, station and shops. It was also extremely clean which is the most important thing. Very good value for money.

Excellent value for the money! Very nice rooms, clean, comfotable, have air conditioning. Breakfast is served in ala carte style and was really good. The staff is very helpful and kind. Location is great and the restaurants/surroundings are really beautiful and good. Definetly would gonna come again if visiting Viareggio again!

Only minus was that the staff didnt speak that good english but its okay since they used really well translator. We understood everything, checking in and out was easy.

The hotel had a good location. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly.

The check-out time was a bit early. There was no elevator. There were no "do not disturb" signs for the room.

The location is great, everything is close, shops, sea, train station. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast by the menu (standard: eggs, toasts, sweets, coffee, fruits, yoghurt, prosciutto etc.) Stefano and his wife were extremely nice. I would definitely stay in 4 Assi again and will recommend to my friends. Not even 3* hotels have the same accommodations and service.

The hotel is located in great area close to everything, city centre or the beach, staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was very simple but definately enough for a short stay.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Air con. Enjoyable breakfast included - lots to eat and lots of options. Wonderful coffee and lots of it. Host stored our bags after check out.

English breakfast tea wasn’t available! It wasn’t a problem because we brought our own!
