Cleaning staff could have done their work better - good night service was very poor, first day they did their best, but other nights left the curtains open, didn’t turn evening lighting on During the day only bed was made. Didn’t change a single towel during the stay (3 nights), didn’t refill any bathroom amenities

Great staff, they work as if you came to your relatives! The rooms in the hotel are made in the style of the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th century, you find yourself in old Italy! It's very nice! Great breakfasts! We will definitely come back! very close to the center, but not so noisy and full of tourists, 10 minutes to the cathedral!

Definitively missing a swimmingpool, missing also a private parking the hotel should buy a Bagno and offer luxe bath facilities to the guest. the hotel has an agreement with a bagno on the beach but this place looks cheap, staff totally uninterested so this is not matching at all with the high standart of the hotel

The staff was amazing, the room was absolutely luxurious and comfy. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and made us feel at home. The location is perfect!!! Located right on the boardwalk with shipping and restaurants nearby. We will be back for sure!!

Great location. We have stayed twice during Carnival, in 2020 and 2023, and the hotel is so clean and in excellent condition. The front desk staff is lovely. We would stay again. It's the nicest hotel on the strand.

The sea view suite room we had had a unique shower wall that you could see into from the living room. This was not ideal with teenagers in tow, but you could open the bathroom door all the way to block that. However, the bathroom is then open as long as people don't enter it's more private. Still, more like a honeymoon set up than for a family, but we managed.

Great location. Right next to the main boulevard to the beach but without the noise. Everything in the room to help have a good night’s sleep was in place. -no noise, blackout blinds , cool air conditioning

The staff could not have been more helpful. They were always available, communicated very well and a pleasure to speak with. The hotel location was perfect for us, right on the beach thoroughfare.

Very comfortable, nice and clean hotel, incl night service. Location great in the busier part of Viareggio with lot of good restaurants around.

The location is excellent and the staff is very, very friendly. The beds excellent. One big plus is the really good restaurant at the hotel it self.
