Fresh clean, minimalist but everything to a high standard, the breakfast was especially good. The bed’s comfortable, great free WiFi big flatscreen TV (so much to do I didn’t really use it) Bikes for hire at a competitive rate, the staff were very professional and friendly, and available 24/7 genuine service with a smile. Coffee machine, safe, fridge with balconies and a clean bathroom (rain shower) and quality toiletries. Everything finished to a high standard. We extended our stay by two nights on our road trip as we felt so comfortable here and a great base.

The car park is limited, room service is available for drinks and basic snacks, they could expand this for choice. Couldn’t get a Pina Colda 🤣 air con was a little weak, it worked but either needs servicing or more powerful units.

Really must say, it is a treasure that one can find in this part of Italy. First thing is the greatest staff, always friendly, helpful, smiling and exceeding your expectations. Hotel itself is new, room was beautiful, stylish, spotless, great beds, with balcony with the sea view, modern bathroom with free toiletries, cleaned every day, free wi-fi of good quality, air-conditioning, fridge, coffee machine, but on demand also available to have a kettle. On arrival there were two bottles of water, that was very nice. The staff had no problem with any request. The breakfast was delicious, prepared on request and also many buffet options consisting of various pastries, fruits, cakes, yogurts, tea/coffee on request. Hotel is close to the beach cca 5 minutes walk. Hotel has free parking, bikes can be rented, cca 10 minutes walk to the center.

We accidentally booked one of the best rooms, featuring a large terrace with stunning views of the city, mountains, and sea. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from the sea and a 15-minute walk from several good restaurants and a small grocery shop. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and location.

Great location in 5 min walk to the beach. Friendly helpful staff available all day and evenings. Good clean rooms, air conditioning, free bottles of water. Decent breakfast: hot dishes (scrambled eggs, pancakes etc) by request. Free parking at hotel area or there are plenty on streets around. The hotel has agreement with the beach nearby, so you can have discount 10% which is very nice. Also they provide beach towels. Overall very nice stay.

Definitely, the best stay we had throughout our trip to Italy, we had a gigantic backyard dedicated to our unit. The location of the hotel was amazing and near to the beach. - Staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us local suggestions and guidance - 10 min walking away is a central market that comes to live after 7, you can rent a bicycle from the hotel and visit it - Lots of free parking spaces around

Rooms were very clean, staff very helpful. Decent breakfast with eggs that would be prepared for you, fruits and vegetables and tasty freshly baked desserts. Beach is in a few minutes walk, we tried the first beach club from hotel's recommendations - it was nice.

While staying suite class room, you would have expexted free water and coffee. Missing the tissues on bathroom and extra trash can in room would be great addition. Only one full lenght mirror in flat, so another in the corridor would be good to have.

The guest house was very comfortable and the garden was so green and nice. The breakfast was amazing, some of the best pastries we've ever eaten. The staff was very nice and lovely. They were very helpful.

All staff were friendly and very welcoming, despite my lack of knowledge of Italian. The hotel is within easy, flat walking distance of the beach and village centre with restaurants, small shops and to my surprise, a pier! The room had a beautiful view towards the sea.

If there is space, the car park is good, but it is not big enough for the hotel and cannot be booked in advance. There was a large clear window in the shower cubicle, giving light to the bathroom, which did not appear to have any form of blind or exterior shutter for privacy, particularly at night.

Breakfast is super good. Hotel is modern and renovated. Rooms are clean. Very calm place. Staff is really helpfull. Beaches are in 3 min walk. NOT about the hotel, just info for tourists: beaches are quite pricy if you are alone as I was, even with hotel discount the cheapest will be around 23-25 EURO but for 2 persons is ok. Also for info: Taxi to PISA airport is around 50 EURO.

I am really satisfied and definitely come back. Just some points for improvements :) 1. Guests have to choose breakfast from the list, would be great if you can provide pictures too. 2. If guests want to have dinner somewhere during the weekend it is necessary to book smth. I did not know and on Saturday did not find any place around. Could be nice if someone from the Hotel could share this information in advance.
