While we didn't pick the hotel for a particular reason (apart from location) we have been positively surprised by it. Room are 'business standard' (simple furniture, but clean and quite new) but the peak of the hotel is on the staff and the additional services. At check-in staff was kind enough to upgrade us to larger room given we had our little son; then, we had seamless rental service (at low price) for the bikes - which we used all the time to go around; all staff members were extremely polite and friendly to accommodate our requests; last, the dining service was very much above expectations: good rotation of dishes every day, all good flavors and 'light' (from pasta, to meat, to fish) and our 3 years old kid loved every dish prepared for him by the Chef (thank you Chef!). All in all, a very nice 4-day stay

Couple of minor tunings can be done in toilet: curtains at the window did not arrive to the floor, and so daylight was filtering early morning (a glassdoor was separating toilet from room); hairdryer was positioned quite close to WC and could not arrive in front of the mirror (toilet was very large).

Fantastic location, situated in a quiet residential area but walkable to the beach and town. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very good. Comfortable and clean rooms. Rooftop pool very relaxing and lovely views. Diner on the rooftop is a lovely idea and looked well prepared even if we didn't make use of it.

We didn't seem to be able to get a drink at the rooftop pool, it appeared as if there was no service. Maybe this was intentional but it wasn't clear to us whether there is a service or not. There never seemed to be anybody there.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A comfortable stay in quality accommodation near to all amenities. A great choice and variety to choose from the breakfast buffet.

this is my second stay at this hotel. both times I stayed to relax and rest after a chaotic time. I am more than happy with this hotel and the staff. cleaners and dining room and front desk all cheerful and helpful.

It was our second stay at this hotel. Our holiday was great last time in September. We decided to come back again, and our decision proved perfect. They managed to make us stay in the very same room; staff, service, breakfast everything was great also this time.

This is a sweet hotel with some friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the Kitchen. It was well located, and comfortable. We like the Zen theme. We'd stay here again.

Perhaps some glasses for drinking water in the room.

Difficult to reach Pietrasanta - had to take taxi that was very expensive (25 Euro) and hard to get if you don't get the drivers mobile number and can order directly.
