Overall the hotel is very good, with comfortable rooms, a good location (very close to the center and the seaside, while at the same time being in a noise-free surrounding) and nice facilities / services (e.g., many bikes to rent for going around, SPA, etc.). Staff was kind and supportive of our requests and tried to accommodate promptly when some issues emerged. We've spent nice time there with our 3 years old son.

Dine services: Sciabola restaurant is not worth the money it's asking (we've eaten much better in other places in Forte, for half the price), plus the dishes delivered are extremely different from what you'd expect (e.g., 'patata e fave' arrives in the form of tagliatelle with a sauce, which we would have not ordered if we knew). The other restaurant, while steel keeping high prices (e.g., 20+ euro for a pasta) should make more options available also for vegetarian (e.g., 1 night we found just an onion dish). Also, the fan coil in the bathroom was either not sized well or not working properly.

Staff where really friendly. Hotel food was very good. great position for the beach and not to far to walk into the shopping area. Great shops btw. Good variation of breakfast choices. Nice pool area if you get the weather.

Could have do better by coming out to the pool area to enquire if guests would like any drinks or snacks. Also, not much encouragement to have pre dinner drinks. They are definitely missing a trick there,

Our second stay. We stayed for 5 nights. We felt at home. The rooms were very good( can be improved). Food was excellent. Staff were very nice and helpful, especially The breakfast staff. The facility was excellent.

There is a €20 service charge on any room service order. I didn’t see this at any other hotel in other countries. May be it’s common practice in Italy!?

The location is wonderful and quiet. Very close to the centre. Bikes to rent for 10 euros a whole day. I enjoyed the music at the lobby. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Clean rooms and has a balcony. You can choose a pillow from their pillow menu which suits everybody.

They dont have a gym. No ironing board.

Great setting and atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food and drinks. Breakfast was exceptional! Supper too! Bike hire for only 10 euros per day, we enjoyed cycling along the coast on flat cycle paths! Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi too! We would certainly return and stay here again!

Nothing. Hotel is set back from the main coast road but that did not bother us as we like walking and cycling.

The hotel is fantastic more like 5 star hotel . Very nicely and positively decorated. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was outstanding .personell utterly polite and friendly When you stay a few days in Forte Dei Marmi also try the food in the neighboring town Pietrosanta. There are amazing restaurants

The hotel was excellent, everything was great in terms of cleanliness, service, and location. The only thing missing is having a kettle and a coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and with a great location. The staff is amazing in every way. Everyone from the front desk to the bartenders to the cleaning staff did an amazing job. A total pleasure to stay here.

Staff was the best ever.

Hair dryer and tv did not work the entire time, the bed was so hard neither of us slept well. Wish the provided an iron but they wanted a crazy expensive fee to press anything,
