The apartments are located in the very center of the city, with many restaurants nearby. We were there during the off-season and were able to park for free on the nearest street; the apartments do not have their own parking lot. Breakfast with homemade pastries is included in the price of your stay. Comfortable bed with good linens. Very friendly owner!

I would like to receive information with the code from the apartment in advance on the day of arrival, and not ring the bell at the door on a dark street, not knowing how to get inside. The room is very small, we stayed for one night, it didn't matter to us. There was a fragrance in the room with a very strong smell, I had to take it out into the corridor. Noisy toilet flush, but this is an old historic house.

The accommodation is a few walking minutes from the centre of Masala. The room was spacious and with high ceilings which are a huge plus in the summer. Since we visited Marsala off-season, the parking was available basically in front of the house. In season there's a large parking just a block away. Flavio was super kind and informative. He gave us great tips for restaurants and what to do/see in Masala, and together with his mom they prepared us an excellent breakfast with home-made cakes and products from their land, and we even had a little tasting of a great liqueur. We had a wonderful stay in Masala.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. Will definitely plan a longer stay next time.

Great location in the old city with interesting walks, restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast provided with home-made, organic food from the owner's farm. The host was very helpful and had excellent English and gave lots of helpful information

A diagram or sketch of where to park would be helpful as google maps sent us on a crazy trip through narrow street when we were in front of the Bob, when the parking was only a few metres behind us.

Cosy little bed and breakfast few meters away from the city center of Marsala. Room has everything you need, clean and proper. Real plus: hospitality at its finest. Flavio and his family are great hosts, super kind and friendly, they provided us with many valuable tips and made us feel like at home. Breakfast was simply delicious, everything homemade and locally produced from their own garden. Definitely recommended if you are searching for an authentic experience at a very good value

A very clean and stylish small flat with all we needed for the night. It has obviously been renovated quite recently as everything was new looking, tasteful, modern and spotless. It is quite small but has all we needed for the overnight stay and was good value.

Nothing for our needs but it is just a bedroom with adjoining bathroom.so not that big but if you don’t need anything else it is great. The town does not have good restaurants and the pizzeria we were recommended was quite basic but cheerful and generous (but don’t order the house white wine!!)

Flavio undoubtedly exceeded our expectations as a host. He not only provided us with accurate directions to our accommodation but also shared invaluable insights about the town and the surrounding region. The apartment's exceptional location, coupled with a delightful homemade breakfast and impeccable cleanliness, truly elevated our entire experience. Flavio's remarkable energy and fluency in English were an added bonus. We felt like at home.

Friendly staff and good breakfast even though with poor salty offer

Parking slot was not included even if it was described differently from the booking page. it was really hard to find a free spot especially at night when the city was full of tourists. The host should NOT flag the parking option among the facilities in such a case

The house is easy walking to everything in the centre. Flavio is a helpful, charming host and his mother is a wonderful baker — breakfast is delicious. There is an excellent restaurant right opposite the house. Parking in the free carpark around the corner was easy.

No flaws worth mentioning except as others have commented, it’s not easy to locate the house if you’re driving. When you’ve “reached your destination” according to gps, just go forward and turn right at the next restaurant and park in the square. Walk back till you see the arrow for the b&b, check in, then move the car to a legal spot.

It is my third time at this place. Owners are speaking english very well, what is helpfull. For Sure I will back. Place is very close to the center, but at the same time is in quite street so you can sleep. Air condition is very modern and works very well. Very big rooms, very big bathroom and very good hairdryer (from perspective of girls with long hairs). Breakfest prepared by mother. It is home made, fresh, directly from their garden. A lot of different food to try and very nice and good coffee.

Flavio was an excellent host! The room was on the first floor so he helped us up the stairs with our suitcases. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was exceptional with home-made pastries and cakes. Excellent location right in the historic centre with a free public parking nearby. Flavio gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant nearby for dinner. This is a family concern and the whole family participated to make our stay comfortable.
