Nice, cozy hotel in the middle of the old city and is in walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums, and the sea. It was perfect even when traveling off-season. Hotel has a great restaurant, absolutely delicious dinners, highly recommend! We also traveled with our dog, and hotel was very accommodating. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Sound-proofing between the entrance to the room and hallway is a bit lacking, and unfortunately our bathroom window didn't latch all the way, so we could hear everything going on on the street, but closing the door to the bathroom somewhat solved the issue.

What a delightful place to stay in Marsala. Colourful, charming, comfortable. friendly, central and the most delicious breakfast included. From the moment we entered the building we knew we had made a great choice. It was beautiful and welcoming. Everything worked well and was very comfortable. It was just a block away from the main road in the old town. We parked near the entrance to the old town as suggested and our rental.car was safe in the paid parking for a few days. We booked dinner in the restaraunt for our final night and it was a memorable evening. Delicious food and seafood and such a special setting.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help with everything. The receptionists were absolutely super and we were sad to leave them. The restaurant was excellent and the orange semi freddo was absolutely the best ( I wish I had the recipe). If we return to Sicily we shall know where to go. Please give our sincere thanks to Angela who went to so much trouble for us.

Parking is a pain ( I managed to lose the car!) A good map of the area would help as the current one makes google maps look good. Worst thing was having to leave

The room itself was beautifully designed and fitted out to a high standard. Unfortunately it looked out onto a courtyard stairway and lift used by other guests and was adjacent to a storeroom which was frequented by staff. Air con didn’t do anything much - this then necessitating the window being open. So - a bit hot, a bit noisy and a bit lacking privacy. There were plenty of other rooms and I’m sure they wouldn’t have had the same issues. Breakfast was generous. Marsala is a town well worth visiting for a day or two and the location is excellent for that. There is public car parking at modest cost within walking distance. Streets are a bit tricky to navigate at first but it’s a very old town and that’s part of the charm.

Expectations were really high from photos on booking website. Reality, in terms of guest communal spaces - or at least areas that looked as though they would be - didn’t quite match when we visited. Downstairs courtyard was full of tables and chairs. Upstairs was work in progress. (If neither is intended for use of guests then that could be made clearer on booking.com ) However, as mentioned, room was very tastefully designed and fitted out to a high standard.

Our stay at Le Caserie was outstanding! Everyone on the staff was welcoming and friendly. They made us feel like family. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great - lots of choices. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice. The food was excellent, and the setting is beautiful!

Booking.com upgraded us for free to a superior room, which was lovely but required climbing a steep set of steps. We are capable of climbing the steps, but we are seniors and would have preferred one of the standard rooms which had elevator access. This was not the property's fault.

Everything! Room was good, clean and bed very comfortable. Staff excellent, very friendly and accommodating Nothing too much trouble at all. Restaurant food was excellent. Good breakfast too! Brilliant location as you are basically in the centre for all your needs. shopping, bars, restaurants etc. About 10 mins walk ro Park the car at the port parking.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Would strongly recommend this little gem!

There was so much to like about this property. The location was perfect to tour the city, the restaurant was beautiful and the food was fantastic. The family who own the business are 3 generations and they were all so helpful, attentive, and fun to converse with. They made our stay delightful. The 3 sons all speak several languages and were very helpful and cordial. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and it was very quiet most of the time. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure.

Room was nice and clean . very close to the center. Restaurant was very good and tasty I recomend it. but a pitty it was closed on the second night it was a Tuesday.

No kettel. shower door stays half open. Breakfast was a lot of sweets and a few salty foods that would have been better if served hot. No Bread ham,salami and cheese to make you own sandwich/bun.

One of the 2 most charming places while in Sicily. Totally unique. Large room, was very comfortable to prepare for a wedding. The pillow adjusting to the body. The location is right in the heart of everything. My room was quiet in comparison to many other places when you feel like you sleep in a street due to noise. Breakfast was lovely.

The whole place is very unique and has Sicilian vibe. The family who run this place was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend to book a dinner in the restaurant, food was great. The rooms are nice, but there are some improvements needed like water pressure in the shower or the main door not blocking the noises from the other rooms.
