Staff was excellent, very helpful and great communication. The grounds are fantastic, we enjoyed wantering around. We stayed in the executive suite, which was in an old towerlike converted silo with its own private spa in the basement. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were excellent. We stayed in the off-season so it was heavenly quiet!

It was fantastic, we would comeback in a heartbeat. About the Executive Suite: the stairs are very steep, which might be difficult for some. Also there is no real space to store luggage, I could see that staying for more than 1-2 days might be a problem. And the bathroom is open concept on the second level without any privacy, which might not be for everyone (there is a 2nd WC in the spa in the basement)

A beautiful place with exceptionally nice service, the room was huge and the bed absolutely vast. Breakfast was fantastic, everything was tasteful and peaceful. We had an absolutely lovely time.

I thought it was a bit of a shame that music was played all the time. I would have preferred to hear the birds and crickets and sounds of nature sometimes.

We booked Naturalis for the first stop on our honeymoon and it was the perfect place to completely relax after our wedding. The grounds are lovely and rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. We were greeted with a welcome drink on arrival and homemade biscuits, it's little details like this that really make a stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fruit, breads, homemade cakes and the option to order eggs and pancakes at an extra cost. There's only 14 rooms which makes the hotel feel very peaceful and the staff and owner are very friendly and welcome you like old friends. A highlight was the spa, where we had one of the best massages we've ever had. The only problem is once you are here you won't want to leave and explore Puglia!

We loved everything about our time at Naturalis. The grounds and pool were beautiful and tranquil. Our room was such a refuge. And the breakfast and dinner were spectacular. More than anything, we felt like we were part of the family by the time we left. The level of care and hospitality were second to none. Grazie mille!

Fabulous country resort in a beautiful farm environment. Very high-end property with superb facilities. Had a very good massage at the spa. Service was impeccable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent in a beautiful setting.

We asked for a stand for our suitcase and were told none is available. Ordered fried eggs for breakfast and was told there was an extra charge, which seems petty for a high end luxury resort with steep prices...

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The place is simply beautiful, the staff couldn’t be more helpful ( they booked restaurants on our belhaf, recommended beach clubs around us - we even received gifts upon arrival and at departure of our stay. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is also delicious. Everything was perfect

Location was excellent. Close to beaches and main towns. Staff very helpful and made our holiday stress free, including when we weee lost in the car, and arranging a private tour of a winery. The on site spa was excellent, my partner had the best facial she says she has ever had.

Breakfasts were dull. We were there for four breakfasts and it was the same everyday. Some more variety would have been welcome on days three and four.

The property was beautiful. The pool was fabulous, we enjoyed the spa. We did a wine tasting on the property that was really fun and the restaurant is really good. The staff went out of their way to help us get a package mailed and booked us an amazing cooking class at Ristorante Armonia Del Sapore which I highly recommend.

charming location with wonderful gardens. The staff was lovely and very helpful. a special mention for Francesco who cooks with brio! Best pasta we ever ate. The spa is very cosy as well with a very interesting 4 elements treatment.
