The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The grounds and pool are lovely features and the villa is well cared for. The chef described his menu then made Tiramisu at our table for desert.

Extra pillows would be good in the rooms. Also a light lunch menu such as the choice of a panini or sandwich, would have meant we didn't need to leave the villa.

We had such a great time. The view at breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff was knowledgeable and great hosts. After a day they felt like long time friends. Loved the jacuzzi on the balcomy, breakfast and the location. The shuttle service into town was very convenient.

The bed could have been more comfortable. The room was a bit small and it would have been nice to have seating for two inside the room. Mostly it was the bed that was a bit problematic.

A tranquil elegant location to take a break from a holiday! After several weeks of 'on the go' visits to Italy's amazing museums and heritage sites, this villa and its grand garden is what was needed to recharge our batteries. A bottle of red from Mt Etna's grapes helped as well (whilst it was erupting!). The staff at the villa all pitched in to make us feel very welcome. It was a great start to explore Sicily.

The staff were wonderful. They were extremely kind and friendly whilst also being extremely professional and courteous. Every morning we were greeted by the lovely Cristina and Rossana on reception and Grazia in the breakfast room who all went out of their way to look after us. The room was spotless and this was a credit to our amazing cleaner, Rosaria, who transformed our room every morning. The grounds and surrounding gardens are beautiful, the rooms are perfect - very spacious with lovely views. A huge thank you to everyone, your villa is the best example of first class quality and customer care in every way. We can't wait to return.

Would of been nice to have the bar open / have a place to have a drink before going out. Wasn't really communicated that this was an option. Also there were no refreshements available at the pool. Would be nice to have someone come down and see if the guests wanted anything. From a business perspective you would make more money for sure.

Pool was dirty because of the rain. Outdoor jacuzzi also dirty, not because of the rain. It needs more regular cleaning (side walls etc). Could not use them

Our experience at Villa Pulejo was absolutely amazing! The staff went beyond all expectations, being incredibly accommodating and available around the clock. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and well-being throughout the day and night. Especially Christina. She is a gem!

While our room was a touch warmer than we'd prefer, even with the AC running, the staff promptly addressed this concern by providing us with a fan. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly commendable.

Everything was perfect vom A-Z. We arrived in the early evening and after a long drive, we were too tired to go out eating in a restaurant. Although the hotel's restaurant was closed, Carmelo fixed us spontaneous a nice dinner just for us and it exceeded our expectations. Thanks for this excellent service. Our room was clean as a whistle. We can 200% recommend this beautiful hotel, located in a gorgeous garden.

A hidden gem just 15 minutes from Messina Centre. People and services exceptional. Relaxing environment surrounded by greenery and beautiful views. We also stayed for dinner and food was amazing too.

Nothing really but we had a car thus reaching the place wasn’t too much of an issue for us.
