The hotel is a good compromise if you are not very demanding. We were very satisfied with the free parking, rooms being cleaned every day and the beach being just 5 minutes away. The pool also looked great and there was always a free spot, but we ended up going to the sea every day. The food was great and ethere was plenty of it. We had breakfast and dinner and we were always full. I recommend to get the beach package so that you don't have to worry about the beach parasol and seats. The air conditioning in the room is OK. Every day there was a show or some kind kind of activity both for children and grown-ups. The hotel is close to the downtown area, which has some great shops and nightlife. For our 4 days stay it was perfect.

The rooms are very small, it is basically a bed with a little bit of space around it. The soundproofing is zero, so we could literally hear our neighbours talk and use the bathroom and snore every day...If there are little children screaming, you'll hear them too. That is something to consider.

It´s 3-star - and for that it is very satisfying, the rooms are not spacious but absolutely ok, clean with AC, it looks like recently renovated ... the staff at the reception was really helpful, but English is not fluent. Breakfast is really good, enough there if you are not very late. The hotel bar is not really well stocked, but the coffee is very god there. The hotel is 1 min. from the beach - which is good, and the hotel shares a swimmingpool with the neighbouring hotel, however it can be very crowded with all beds/umbrellas occupied. The beach is nice - and a public beach (without fee) is 5 min. away to the North. Golf in Cervia (3 x 9 holes) are 5 min. by car.

Attention: if you haven´t booked "full service" the beds/umbrella at the beach are 20-30 € per day extra! Parking can also be a problem, there are only 9-10 own parking spaces for the hotel available, outside in public there´s a fee (app. 14 per day) - I´m not sure if everybody really paid or if there is any control ... otherwise you have to look for distant free parking 5+ min. away.

The view, toward the sea. The room was big. The breakfast was nice in November cars can be parked on the street for free. The hotel is on the first raw of hotels on the beach next to the sea side.

This is a very dated accommodation with basic provisions.

The location. Free parking. Clean room. The 2 guys in reception were nice to us.

The air condition didn't work as it should, was very hot in the room. There was no mini fridge in the room which we thought is a usual thing for hotels. The wifi worked only on the floor you had your room but when you go down to the reception/lobby it doesn't work anymore. why ? we don't understand... Some kind of Sovet Union hotels vibe🤔😬 The breakfast was very poor. Worst 1 star breakfast which is possible. I have some photo which I will attach with pleasure if possible. All the coffee cups was with some leftover coffedrops I change 5 of them all same inside or outside drops or lines of coffee. It's wasnt washed properly its maybe just rinsed after other guests. When we said to some woman who is waitress she just roll her eyes and with attitude just turn n go away. Just boiled egg or omlet for main dish and 1 kind of cheese and 2 meats. No sorry,nothing🤦‍♂️ and last but not least 🥐 on breakfast was undercooked and you just could feel all the fresh dough which was like gum. We mention it too waiter and ask him to call us responsible chef for the food and he came back and he said they too busy now😬 we changed our hotel for another 3 star Concord hotel same day after breakfast and I wish you could see the difference.
