First of all, the boss's attitude. When I made the reservation, I mentioned that I would arrive at the hotel between 9-10 pm. They confirmed my reservation by telling me to call a phone number before arriving at the location. When I called the owner, he was disturbed by my call, that I called at a late hour, 8.30 pm, that he had left the hotel and that I had to come by 8 pm. After 8 o'clock there is no one at the hotel reception. I explained to him the fact that I mentioned the time of arrival and that they confirmed this to me without any other mentions. he told me that he will make another trip to the hotel, but to make sure to get there quickly so that if he doesn't find anyone there, he will leave immediately. We hurried to the hotel (being at Mirabilandia) and managed to reach the hotel. I also paid so you can see what I received. (see photo) A dirty hotel room, no one was there to clean it, exactly as those who stayed before us left it. Dirty towels, the bed full of sand, the bin full of trash, so he basically put us in a room one after the other. Having 2 children, I didn't stay to ask the owner for the bill because he had already left. I received the remote control for the air conditioner that didn't even work, everything seems abandoned. When leaving, there was no one at the hotel reception, I called twice and no one answered. I left the keys and goodbye. Too bad about the location of the hotel, but the hotel is managed with indifference, just to make money and that's it.
