The hostess (Gabriella) and her assistant (Antonella) were super helpful and attentive, giving us tips on getting to know the area. The location is fantastic... the place is super-calm, with a balcony that allows you to relax at night and everything is always very clean. An experience to be repeated!

I'd just like to point out that although the breakfast had a lot of variety, it could have included more bread. Everything else was excellent!

Stayed for 1night, we arrived late due to flight being delayed, but were greeted by very friendly staff. Location was convenient, not far from Bari airport. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast was satisfactory.

The carpet hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while, but everything else was in order.

It's located by the highway on the edge of the town, I mean it's not bad but you need to have a car. There was no kettle in the room even when it was advertised there should be one. So we had to ask at the reception desk and then the employee gave us the kettle.

Breakfast was more than adequate and needed a hotel with 24 hour reception because we didn't get to the hotel until 2am.

Not a place to stay for 2 week holiday as in more of a industrial area.

The hotel was on a fast road and that was what we needed for that night as we landed to Bari airport at 22:00, then had to wait at the car rental so we arrived at the hotel late. We just needed somewhere to sleep not far from the airport and this hotel was on the perfect location for our needs. The next day we were right on the fast road to Polignano where we were going. The brekfast was ok.

It is a bit old, might need some refurbishment. It is not a place to spend the holiday in.

Fernando was outstanding, helpful, and very knowledgeable, and he helped us with dinner reservations at an incredible restaurant on the beach. He made us feel welcome the moment he greeted us at reception. Smiling and very willing to talk to us in English. Thank you very much.

The hotel was comfortable and I liked the design, modern and clean.

The breakfast was not good. There was some variety but the hot food quantity and selection was poor. The menu for dinner also was not good. The location was a bit out of the way but we did know that when we booked.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family room was a bit outdated, but really spacious and clean and I liked the hard beds. Breakfast buffet with vast choice.

.Very noisy airco, so we first put it on max for a few hours to have the room cooled and then switched it off for the rest of the night.

Room was a bit cold and heater was making a lot of noise all night long.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, I would rate them 20/10 if I could. Even if the furniture is old, it's very well kept and very clean.

Horrible breakfast! Don't believe the photos you find on Booking, it's an absolute shame. I have never seen such an awful breakfast - even during covid, they could have set up an attended buffet. Instead everything is wrapped in plastic: tiny pieces of cold omelette, cold boiled eggs, cold bread, cold everything. Absolutely no hot food!
