Property is extremely close to the seafront, lovely shower. Some previous reviews mention no hot water but you have to wait a little while for this to heat up, as is usual in most italian homes. The shower is beautiful and the bathroom has everything you need. Water was refilled daily which was a nice touch! The owner is extremely friendly Perfect for the amount you pay.

If you want the windows open then unfortunately it is very noisy, if the windows are shut there is little noise. The property is in a large property which has a big staircase so if you struggle with stairs or have alot of luggage, this could be a problem. Limited grocery stores nearby.

Location location, location......just around the corner from the waterfront and old Molfetta. Borgo Antico is stylish and modern with large bedrooms and ensuites, and shared central living area and orangerie. Our hostess Guilia was helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We had a great stay!

The hot water takes a little while to heat up but that's about all I can pick on. Oh, by the way...Molfetta has no taxi service so unless you want to lug your bags all the way from the station, get Guilia to pre organise someone to pick you up!

Lovely clean, large, airy rooms (we had two doubles) in a great position just a few hundred meters from the seafront and port of Mofetta. Giulia met us at the property promptly and gave advice regarding restaurants (and previously parking). She was always available to answer our questions. We had a nice breakfast of coffee and croissant at a bar a minute’s walk away.

Just a word of warning. The roads around the property are quite narrow and the one leading to the entrance is one-way but this isn’t well signed! Approach from the sea end if you can… No parking in the immediate area but Giulia gave us good advice to use a paid parking area in a nearby piazza, about five minutes walk away.

What wasn’t there to like from the time we opened the front door to the day we left it was just perfect. The host was exceptional friendly and went out of her way to help us no matter what time it was day or night. The location is perfect right near the harbour food and shops or close by as well. Train station is a 10 minute walk straight up the Main Street . This place I would place as one of the best I have stayed in Italy.

There was nothing not to like it had it all.

Ground level apartment which is a very large space, with an expansion outdoor area which could be used in summer. The apartment is architecturally converted inside, very modern and comfortable, close to the Harbour and Duomo plus good dining options close by.

Host unfortunately doesn’t speak English so have to use phone for translation and this is an issue. There was no hot water in the evening on both days. No written information re suggestions or recommendations where to eat close by. Some mosquito spray would be very helpful.

The apartment was excellent. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and great location near old town Molfetta and port. Giulia was very helpful and did everything to make us comfortable! Clean towels and clean bathroom everyday

Could do with a full length mirror in apartment and a shelf and hooks in bathroom.

Lovely stay in Molfetta. Pretty sure we were the only tourists in the area so we got an authentic Italian experience which was amazing. Room was perfect, good aircon, nice shower, spacious, storage space, safety deposit box, toiletries (no toothpaste) and we’re cleaned daily. Staff were extremely friendly and communication was great (it’s in Italian but google translate helps). We were given recommendations for the area also. Location is great right at port and beach, train station is a short walk up a nice street. There are some incredible restaurants and bars in the area and the food was outstanding! The area was so much nicer (and way more valuable) than Bari and we were so glad we stayed there instead. Bari is less than 30 min on train which are reliable and polignano na mer is about 40min. Unforgettable stay, would definitely return and recommend to others. Grazie Mille!

Close to the sea front, clean and well kept! Bathroom was nice and had a big shower! Water stocked everyday.

Balcony overlooks a busy main side street with a view facing another property, its more a window than a balcony. Property is inside another property and only accessible via a large staircase. With luggage this could be difficult for some. Can be noisy at times due to being on a main side passage.

Location was amazing. Super close to town where you'll find all the restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores that you'll ever need. Steps away from the bustling harbour where fishing boats sell their daily catch. Room was nicely furnished, clean and big. Loved the huge windows with shutters. Bathroom was new and clean. Giulia was amazing. Answered all our questions, was quick to accommodate any requests we had. Always smiling.

A small suggestion would be to improve pillows on the bed. Found them very uncomfortable. One thing to mention is that being in the middle of town and local life, street noise is present. This particular suite (which was located at the front of the building which faces the narrow street) was noisy. Cars, bikes, trucks did use this super narrow, one way street for their commute. Didn't bother us but definitely not for those who need quiet. Local dogs also provided an orchestra in the afternoon. Again, no bother for us but could be for others.

A beautiful room that felt very luxurious and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and made my stay extremely lovely. Room was cleaned daily and was provided with bottled water, chocolates and tea in the room upon arrival which was restocked daily. In a fabulous location and close to supermarket too. Will definitely be staying here again!
