We like the overall ambience of the property, sadly the pool had not yet opened, the bar area and outside seating was very nice. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights and the food was lovely, the 2nd night was my birthday and a cake was produced for me. Alessandro was super attentive and Aberto was quietly super efficient both added greatly to our trip at both breakfast and dinner... thank you both. The only small criticism would be that the dinner menu was the same both nights with only 2 choices for each course but this did not spoil our stay in anyway.

The pool would have made a difference.

Authentic & staff went out of there way to help. Breakfast lovely, pool lovely.

There wasn’t adequate hanging space to dry 3 pool towels. Swimwear, 3 bath towels & hand towels. There wasn’t anyway to hang a hand towel so bath towels were provided everyday which in todays climate is unnecessary. Sofa’s/chairs in bar area are very uncomfortable. Hotel promotes it private beach but they don’t have one. When I pointed this out they paid for us to use another private beach. They also advertise horse riding but don’t mention it’s for 14+. Overall we loved the place but a few amendments are needed.

The Masseria is truly exquisite! I can’t believe the value for the money as this place should have easily been a 5 star resort. Also, the staff are so helpful and nice. They went over and above to make our honeymoon very special.

The grounds are pretty and the staff was very kind! They went above and beyond for my birthday, and helped us stay dry while checking out on a rainy day. Their care extends to their breakfast: a wide array of warm and cold options, plus eggs to order.

A lot of moonlight seeped into the bedroom, but they did try to offset this with complimentary eyemasks. I could also hear my neighbors in their room (during the day) and others walking back to their room (at night). For the former, they took care of it right away; calling the neighbors and asking them to lower their voices.

There isn't a single thing that didn't go well. We had a difficulty in bringing our luggage from our previous destination as we arrived, and Monica and Nicola had the problem resolved in no time. Such a beautiful, peaceful location - Roberto attended to our every need by the pool. I can't recommend Masseria Torrepietra more strongly - perhaps the best of our honeymoon destinations, and a place to which myself and my wife have already discussed returning!

Not a single thing we didn't like! Everything was fantastic. We are very grateful. We love the place so much it is one of the first places we're considering returning to!

Everything was impeccably clean. All staff were amazing and tended to our every needs. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast which consisted of freshly made cakes, slices, eggs and bacon. The partner beach that includes free deck chairs and umbrellas was wonderful, (despite having to drive there) gentle waves and section we were on was just for hotel guests so quite private and away from everyone else. We had a wonderful, relaxing time!

The hotel rooms are huge just like the bathroom (our room had the basin separated from the shower/WC), cleanliness and lot of places where to hang clothes and put luggage, plus a comfortable sofa to rest a bit. Given the moment of the year, we did not use the swimming pool but our room overlooked it and it seemed really nice. The restaurant was offering simple regional dishes well executed and is perfect when arriving in the evening and tired... Staf was super-friendly and accomodated all our requests quickly and efficiently.

Stunning accommodation, would definitely recommend if staying in Monopoli. The staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds were absolutely stunning and a fantastic pool to lay by with drinks and swim. The breakfast was also excellent, and had dinner at their restaurant one night, of which the octopus appetiser was the best octopus we've tried in Italy so far - highly recommend. Even copious amounts of free parking on site right by the entrance.

Nothing we didn't like, everything was fantastic.

Group of 7 girls across 2 rooms, was more than enough space for all of us! The reception was very helpful booking taxis before our arrival and after as well They are well connected with local taxi drivers and as a large booking of 7 girls we were worried about how we might get around Puglia - I would recommend getting a car if you can but the taxis were decently priced if you book via the hotel! The rooms were very clean and had good amenities such as toothbrush & toothpaste and complete with shower gel / shampoo and conditioner

The only complaint we had was the fact the shower was exposed so you could see eachother shower which might make some feel uncomfortable and there was a hot water issues on our last day there so we couldnt have a warm shower

Everything!! The staff is excellent. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Which was made for a big part by the pattisier of the house. The Room was so big and the bed was excellent. Loved the refreshing pool. The Masseria is so beautiful and have a good ambiance, it's like if you stepped into an italian fairy tail. This was what we expected Italy would be when we stepped food on the italian ground from our plane.

You can not walk to monopoli center. You have to take the car. It is a 9 minute drive. But you can parc for free at the Cala Curatori. In a 10 minute walk you will arrive the historical center of monopoli
