What a gorgeous hotel! The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and our room had a giant, wrap around terrance with the most stunning views of the mountains! I only wish there had been some lounging furniture on the terrance as I could have stayed out there all evening watching the sunset. The pool area was serene and relaxing and an added bonus were the animals in the pens nearby that my children loved interacting with. Donkeys and horses roaming free on the property was so nice to see too. We had dinner one evening and enjoyed a spread of delicious cheeses made on site, as well as many other great dishes. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and I hope to return one day. What a magical place!

Beautiful facility and grounds

A/C didn't work our entire stay. Not up front about the fact it was inoperative. Flipped breakers, said our door was unlatched which prevented it from working. Found out from another guest that they were told the system was inoperative the day before we heard the excuses. Made it uncomfortable but this is a temporary issue that wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Just be truthful or inform your other employees what issues may be going on in tnbe building.

This is an INCREDIBLE venue - everything from the decor to the location to the view from any part of the property to the FOOD - omg the food - homemade croissants, yogurt, wine, olive oil, the best ravioli I’ve ever had. Did I mention the view from the brick veranda off the room?! The gym / spa area is beautiful to enjoy as well. This is a 10/10 property in our books. Will absolutely be back next year!

The best thing was the restaurant. I also really appreciated the kindness andbprofessionalism of the girl who checked me in.

A few minor details: missing slippers; no boiler and coffee; the room could have been cleaner

Lovely site, panoramic views and modern, clean rooms. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, a juicer and delicious pastry.

Tasting menu at dinner had much too large portions. Also the dining room felt cavernous for just a few tables.

What a beautiful place to be. On top of a hill and views all around. I was very pleased with the service and the hotel in all ways. I would recommend this hotel, even for a longer stay, although we were there only one night.

Nothing, everything was beautiful

Wow, wow ,wow...I want to stay for another week . Everyone was very helpful and made the stay wonderful. The rooms are superb, the location gorgeous. The pool was fantastic . And the day spa provided a great massage. One of our group was unable to manage stairs so they were given a ground floor suite..

That I had to leave....staff were a little disorganised on arrival.

Nestled in a gorgeous setting olive trees and palms, this clean and accommodating facility will be in my future plans for sure. Frank Gimondo

Excellent breakfast; it has a good restaurant, which was nice since it wasn't within walking distance to any other restaurants. Would be nice to use the pool in warmer times. Great views.
