The room was nice and the staff was friendly. We needed an iron in our room and it was brought to us with an ironing board right away. There is a small fridge and air-conditioning (which was important as it was 40 degrees outside). It was a short walk to the train station, sports complex (which is what we were there for) and main Street. There is even a wonderful fruit market right next door which we all enjoyed. It has wifi but you will need data to let them know when you first get there to gain access to your room.

When we first got there it was hard to figure out how to get in. Even though our arrival time was known no one was there. I had to use my data (at a cost to me) to get ahold of someone to get in. After getting in it was great.

We had a few communication issues finding the key/ carpark. But once that was sorted, the stay was perfect.

Pre communication that there wouldn’t be anyone to check us in when we arrived. As I didn’t have access to a telephone, it made it a bit challenging to find out what we had to do to get access to the room.

The location was very convenient to get to the university and local attractions. The place was comfortable and spotless. I loved the room and the general feel of the place. The main road nearby is just a bit noisy because of the traffic, but this is not the B&B owners' fault. The breakfast at the café downstairs was also excellent.

Very clean and tidy. The lady who organised the check in over phone was very helpful and the staff who cleans the room was very decent and did a perfect job . Especially, they had a soft drinks and water in the fridge for free :)

Clean modern rooms, AC in every room, very nice host who is responsive. The value for money is very good! We used this stay for a 1 night stay over driving from Sicily to Puglia and this place had the right accommodation for our needs. We didn’t explore the local area except for a nice restaurant nearby.

No negative comments.

Easy contactless check in. The reserved parking was a great plus and you can park right in front of the apartment to first check in and unload your bags. The remote to open the parking area gates are inside the apartments area. So go up to the apartment first to get the remote and then repark your car. There were water, juice and some drinks in the fridge which was nice. The breakfast is just coffee or tea and a pastry at the Roma bar right next door. For a one night stay, just passing through, the room is fine.

A little small and dark. There’s a terrace but the weather was cool and traffic was noisy so we didn’t use it.

Would have helped to hear from the owner prior to arrival however this was a minor issue - he was helpful and readily available when contacted!

Eleonora was really nice and helpful. My flight was late and out of the normal check in time, but she stayed up and constantly checking with me until I arrived in the room. Room is nice and clean and has everything you needed.

The shower sink seems to be a bit clogged.

very clean with every detail thought of. Lots of very nice small touches like free juice and drinks.

Impecably clean areas and good smell everywhere. They did everything to make me satisfy.
